| Under the orientation of high-quality development of manufacturing industry, green and smart have become important directions for transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises, which on the one hand should adhere to green innovation leadership, and on the other hand should make full use of digital technology to empower green manufacturing.According to the stimulus-organism-response(SOR)theory,green concerns of external stakeholders are an important way to increase the enthusiasm of enterprises for green innovation. The digital business model portrays the business logic and basic principles of commercialisation using the advantages of digital technology, and can guide the implementation of green innovation strategies. Therefore,it is necessary to explore how to efficiently promote green innovation in the digital business model scenario.Based on SOR theory and business model theory, etc.,this paper constructs a conceptual model of green innovation strategy implementation based on digital business models from the perspective of matching digital business models with corporate green strategies, and uses text analysis methods such as Chinese word separation and keyword extraction to conduct an empirical analysis of 294 manufacturing listed companies from 2015 to 2020 by constructing an econometric model to explore the The empirical analysis was conducted on 294 listed manufacturing companies from 2015 to 2020 to explore the mechanism of stakeholders’ green concerns on corporate green innovation, with a particular focus on the moderating effect of digital business models in the relationship between the two,and to elaborate on the scenario factors of the relationship between green concerns and corporate green innovation. On this basis,we analyse the enabling mechanism of digital business models, use polynomial regression and response surface analysis techniques to study the interactive synergistic effects of green concerns of different stakeholders, reveal the interactive state of the role of multiple subjects under digital business models, and further test the management catering hypothesis to provide suggestions and inspiration for the green innovation practices of the government and enterprises to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. The specific findings are as follows:(1)Consumer green concern and retailer green concern can significantly promote corporate green innovation, while supplier green concern has no significant effect on corporate green innovation.(2)The digital business model has a scenario-adjusting effect.Specifically, personalization positively regulates the promotion of green innovation by consumer green concerns;networked collaboration positively regulates the promotion of green innovation by retailer green concerns, but has no regulating effect on the relationship between supplier green concerns and green innovation.(3)Different subjects’ green concerns have interactive synergistic effects on corporate green innovation. In equilibrium, when both are at a high level, the green innovation performance of enterprises is better;in non-equilibrium,when the green concern of consumers is higher or lower than the green concern of retailers, there is no significant difference in the green innovation performance of enterprises.(4)Green innovation can effectively promote the improvement of corporate environmental value. This suggests that green innovation practices in digital business models can help companies achieve green value capture, and are not strategic innovations made to meet stakeholders’ green concerns, thus ruling out the management catering hypothesis. |
