Salary management is an important component of enterprise management.By matching a scientific and reasonable salary management,enterprises will fully mobilize employees’ work enthusiasm,attract and retain talents,enhance their talent competitiveness,and ensure the achievement of enterprise business goals.As a mixed ownership enterprise that has transformed from a private listed enterprise to a state-owned enterprise,T Company has faced many problems in salary management,which have affected the construction of talent teams and hindered the pace of enterprise development in the face of operational difficulties and integrated development with the control of state-owned enterprises.This study sorts out the theory of salary management and the current situation of T company’s salary management,and uses literature research,survey,quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to comprehensively and objectively analyze and excavate four problems in T company’s salary management,namely unreasonable salary structure,lack of competitiveness in salary level,formalistic performance evaluation,limited learning opportunities and benefits.Based on the actual situation of T Company’s enterprise nature,industry characteristics,business status,salary management status,and employee size,with the goal of achieving the company’s strategy,and in accordance with the principles of salary fairness,motivation,and competitiveness,four optimization strategies are proposed,namely optimizing salary structure,adjusting salary level,optimizing performance evaluation,constructing self-service benefits,and career development guidance.Based on the actual situation of T Company,analyze the possible problems in implementing optimization strategies,and propose guarantee measures such as leveraging the leadership role of the management,creating a matching corporate culture,and doing a good job in publicity and feedback work.I hope to optimize and improve the salary management status of mixed ownership enterprises based on the actual situation of the enterprise,enhance the talent competitiveness of the enterprise,and achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise. |
