2021-2025 is the 14 th Five-Year Plan period for China’s economic and social development,and also a historical intersection of the country’s "Two centenary Goals".Safety requirements have been mentioned in many occasions such as the 19 th National congress of the communist Party of China,the 14 th Five-Year Plan,the 20 th National congress,the Government Work Report,etc.Safety production,as a long-term basic national policy,has been increasingly valued,and the safety industry has a trend of accelerating development.Company C was founded in 1993 and entered the safety business field during the prosperous development period of safety business in 2012.After more than 10 years of development,Company C has occupied a relatively leading position in the safety business of the transportation industry.However,the change in marketing environment in recent years has led to a slowdown in the growth of Company C’s safety business.How to enable company C to achieve its high-growth strategic goals in the field of safety business and occupy a leading position in the industry under the good opportunities is a question that urgently needs to be answered.This article first introduces the background of Company C’s security consulting service business,and combines the 7P theory to describe the current marketing situation of Company C’s security consulting service.Then,through customer satisfaction surveys and internal interviews and research,current marketing problems are identified and analyzed based on the current business situation.After the above analysis,it was found that the optimization direction of enterprise marketing strategy was to segment customer groups and propose optimization plans for marketing strategy using 7P theory and customer value theory.Marketing strategy optimization was carried out from seven aspects: product,price,promotion,distribution,personnel,tangible display,and service process.At the same time,feasible marketing guarantee measures were proposed,such as organizational guarantee,financial guarantee,and human resource guarantee,Measures such as information security to help solve practical marketing problems and achieve marketing goals.This study not only provides solutions to the current marketing situation of Company C,but also provides suggestions for management to solve the problem,which has practical significance for the development of Company C.It also has certain reference value for the marketing development path of other consulting service enterprises. |
