| As an important force in China’s social and economic development,state-owned enterprises,especially large state-owned enterprises,are the mainstay and important support for China’s national economic development.In the market economy environment,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce,and the competition of enterprises is in the final analysis the competition of talents.Incentive is one of the most important functions in the human resource management function,which plays a very key role in enhancing the competitiveness of the human resources of enterprises.Effective motivation not only helps employees to produce strong positive motivation in their daily work,but also gives full play to their creativity and stimulates their work enthusiasm.The party’s 20 th report calls for the construction of a modern industrial system and the focus on economic development on the real economy.JT group,as China’s copper industry and Jiangxi province the first world top 500 enterprises,always bear in mind that the "copper industry,industrial power" mission,unswervingly implement the strategy of innovation driven development,with talent as the first resource,speed up the building world-class enterprises with global core competitiveness,contribute to Chinese modern state-owned enterprises.This thesis takes the G factory of JT Group as the research object,according to the development characteristics and management mode of the factory,conducts a systematic and in-depth study on the employee incentive mechanism of the factory,and clarifies the requirements for the employee incentive of state-owned enterprises under the market economy environment.Accordingly,against the existing G factory basic situation,staff work characteristics,salary and welfare arrangement,career path,training system,through interviews and questionnaire survey practice research found G factory staff incentive mechanism related problems,and starting from the actual operation situation,targeted put forward optimization measures,build a set of incentive scheme for the development of the factory,for the incentive plan layout,also need according to the salary system,welfare,promotion way,training system,corporate culture to improve the incentive mechanism,at the same time analyze other factors,so as to improve the new incentives.It is expected that more advanced and novel and scientific employee incentive programs will continuously improve the working ability and enthusiasm of employees of state-owned enterprises,so as to promote the healthy and orderly growth of China’s smelting enterprises. |
