| In the context of double carbon,accurate monitoring of the operation status of enterprise production facilities and pollution control facilities is the basis for effective control of carbon and pollution emissions.Aiming at the complex electromagnetic environment of enterprises and the shortcomings of existing communication methods,an intelligent sensing terminal for the operation state of environmental protectio n facilities based on low-voltage power line carrier communication(High speed power line carrier communication,HPLC)is proposed and designed.The main work of this paper includes:Firstly,the technical characteristics of HPLC communication and the characteristics of power line channel are analyzed.On the basis of fully understanding the characteristics of power line channel,the multipath channel model is established by using the top-down modeling method,and the modulation mode of power line communicat ion technology is studied.Through the comparison of narrowband modulation technology,spread spectrum technology and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing,OFDM)technology,The advantages of OFDM Technology in the field of power line communication are summarized.Secondly,the overall architecture of the monitoring system based on HPLC communication is proposed,and the terminal software and hardware are designed based on this architecture.In terms of hardware,the circuit is designed with the main control chip STM32F103RBT6,carrier chip WQ3011 and electric energy metering chip ATT7022 E as the core.In order to improve the accuracy of data acquisition,the combination of high-precision voltage transformer,Hall current sensor and electric energy measurement chip is used to collect and measure the power consumption data of environmental p rotection facilities.The communication unit takes WQ3011 as the core and adopts OFDM technology to ensure the reliability of HPLC communication.At the same time,a zero crossing detection circuit is designed.When the zero crossing of power frequency cur rent is detected,data transmission is carried out synchronously,which further improves the communication performance.In terms of software,in order to meet the requirements of real-time and stability of the terminal,the software and communication proto col are designed on the platform of Free RTOS real-time operating system.Using the multi task processing ability of Free RTOS,the terminal task is divided into data acquisition and measurement task,storage task and HPLC communication task.Each task is ex ecuted circularly according to the priority.The communication protocol adopts DL/T 645,which can meet the requirements of data transmission.Finally,the corresponding experimental tests of HPLC communication module and intelligent sensing terminal are carried out.The experimental results show that the HPLC module can successfully transmit and receive data,and the transmission rate is more than200kbit/s;The terminal can complete the basic functions,realize the collection and transmission of power consumption data of environmental protection facilities,and combine the intelligent sensing terminal with the operation status monitoring platform of environmental protection facilities to accurately judge whether the environmental protection facilities are in normal operation,so as to realize the monitoring of the operation status of enterprise environmental protection facilities. |
