| The cost of fuel production in our country’s cogeneration industry accounts for more than 65% of the total industrial cost,and the amount of fuel production cost has a crucial impact on the profitability of cogeneration industry.Fuel prices have fluctuated dramatically over the last two years and prices have been running high for a long time.As a result,the current thermal energy industry is at stake,and United Thermal Power needs to innovate and keep a tight grip on costs if it is to survive in the competitive market.The cost of fuel has become an important control point of the cost of cogeneration enterprises.Therefore,cogeneration enterprises should systematically evaluate the performance of coal procurement in combination with the mode and characteristics of coal procurement,meet the demand for fuel for normal operation of internal power plants while effectively controlling fuel costs,and enhance the competitiveness and viability of cogeneration enterprises.At the same time,the performance can also make the members of Ningbo energy group form a better coordination and mutual trust cooperation relationship.At the same time,it lays a solid foundation for Ningbo Energy Group to better realize the goals of "improving quality and efficiency" and "rationalizing resource allocation".This paper chooses Ningbo energy group as a research case and evaluates the coal procurement performance of Ningbo energy group by combining the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative analysis.The main contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:Firstly,this paper collects and combs the research literature of domestic and foreign enterprises in procurement performance evaluation,mastering the relevant theories and methods of procurement performance evaluation,and provides theoretical support for the thesis writing.Secondly,according to the actual coal procurement management of Ningbo energy group,according to the principle of procurement performance evaluation,emphasis is placed on using balanced scorecard,key performance indicator method to identify the first and second level indicators of procurement performance evaluation of Ningbo energy group,using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the two levels of indicators;Thirdly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the coal procurement performance of Ningbo Energy Group more comprehensively and systematically.The evaluation conclusion is: Ningbo Energy Group’s overall coal procurement performance evaluation score of 84.65,the evaluation grade is good.The four tier 1evaluation indicators scored 83.84 for financial dimension,84.66 for client dimension,87.29 for procurement process dimension and 85.26 for learning and growth dimension;Finally,combined with the results of coal procurement performance evaluation of Ningbo Energy Group,and drawing on the advanced experience of benchmark enterprises in the industry,this paper puts forward some concrete strategies to improve the coal procurement performance of Ningbo Energy Group from four dimensions.This research not only helps to improve the performance of Ningbo Energy Group’s coal procurement management,but also has some reference value for other enterprises in the industry to improve coal procurement management and core competitiveness. |
