The sudden outbreak and long-term recurrence of the new crown epidemic has caused the global economy to continue to shrink.In this situation,companies have adopted contraction strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency.For manufacturing enterprises,the construction and maintenance costs of basic workshops and production lines account for a large proportion of the overall operating costs,and these tasks are usually completed by construction suppliers.The construction quality,project delivery cycle,price,and professional services of construction suppliers have a direct and indirect impact on the profits of enterprises,and the management of construction suppliers has also become a difficult point in enterprise management.As a leader in the technology-oriented polymer material technology industry,Kangdexin Group,under the double influence of major negative events such as repeated external epidemics,unoptimistic economic conditions,internal debt crisis,and penalties from the China Securities Regulatory Commission,has experienced financial constraints,loss of customers,and profitability.The level has dropped significantly,and the stability and continuity of operations have also been affected,while the cost of construction and renovation remains high.Therefore,in order to alleviate financial difficulties,reduce costs and increase efficiency,the construction supplier performance evaluation model has been rebuilt and implemented to strengthen construction supply.Business management has become the top priority of Kangdexin Group’s future development.This paper takes the performance evaluation of construction suppliers of Kangdexin Group as the research object,and uses supply chain management theory,performance evaluation theory and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to build a performance evaluation model.First of all,on the basis of referring to a large number of domestic and foreign related literatures,it systematically sorts out related domestic and foreign literatures.Secondly,based on related concepts,supply chain performance rating theory and performance evaluation methods,the present situation of performance evaluation of construction suppliers of Kangdexin Group is expounded,and the problems existing in performance evaluation are analyzed by means of questionnaire survey.Again,select indicators,confirm indicators through principal component analysis,and finally determine 6 first-level indicators(technical management,construction management,progress management,quality management,safety management,service management)and 19 second-level indicators,and according to This builds an evaluation model,further determines the weights through the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and selects 5 suppliers for empirical testing according to the determined models and weights.Finally,the implementation plan and safeguard measures of the evaluation model are proposed.The empirical test results show that,compared with the existing evaluation model,the newly constructed evaluation model has more advantages in discrimination and can evaluate construction suppliers more accurately.
