The advance support section of the roadway in the mining face is prone to deformation and failure under the action of high stress.The stability of its surrounding rock is of great significance to the normal ventilation,transportation and pedestrians of the working face.With the improvement of equipment technology,hydraulic supports are often used in the advanced support area of the mining roadway to strengthen the support.As the advanced hydraulic supports need to be frequently "raised and lowered" with the advance of the working face,it is easy to aggravate the degree of roof fragmentation in the broken roadway roof,seriously affect the support effect,and lead to the intensification of the deformation of the advanced support section.Taking the return air roadway of 1505 working face of Hongling Coal Mine in Anyang as the research object,this paper studies the support scheme and effect of using reinforced anchor cable instead of advanced hydraulic support in the working face by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement,and obtains the following results:(1)The mining technical conditions of 1505 mining face were investigated on site.A survey station is arranged in the area outside the return air roadway of 1505 working face that is not affected by the mining of the working face to drill holes to peep into the surrounding rock structure of the roof of the return air roadway,master the development of the primary fractures of the surrounding rock of the roof of the return air roadway,and provide basic data for the advanced support of 1505 return air roadway to adopt the reinforcement anchor cable active support instead of the super front hydraulic support.(2)The mechanical model of advance support of inclined roof is established to optimize the support mode of super front section of return air roadway.The supporting force of two sides of coal pillars in 1505 return air roadway is deduced and calculated,and the supporting strength of the super front section of return air roadway is obtained;The numerical simulation software is used to study the row spacing between reinforcing anchor cables,the length of anchor cables and the preload of anchor cables,so as to obtain reasonable support parameters and check their strength.The optimized advance support method meets the strength requirements of reinforcement and support beyond the front section of the roadway.(3)The optimized advance support method for the super front section of 1505 return air roadway is studied.The numerical calculation model of 1505 working face is established by using FLAC3 D numerical simulation software,and the advance construction distance of advance support of 1505 return air roadway is obtained.The roadway stress distribution,plastic zone development and roadway convergence deformation in the affected section of advance bearing pressure of 1505 return air roadway are analyzed,and the application effect of optimized reinforcement support scheme is obtained.(4)The field industrial test shows that after the reinforced anchor cable + 36 U steel anchor cable beam is used to replace the advanced hydraulic support in the super front section of 1505 return air roadway,the convergence deformation of the roadway is within the allowable range,the roof of the roadway is relatively complete,and the broken mesh bag is greatly improved.There are 47 figures,7 tables and 65 references in this paper.
