Research On Ecological Restoration Of Mining Area Under The Concept Of "Two Mountains"

In the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources,people only pay attention to short-term economic benefits and ignore ecological values.As a result,serious ecological problems such as aquifer destruction,water and soil environmental pollution,ecological degradation,biodiversity decline and frequent geological disasters occur,which threaten the human settlement environment and seriously threaten the sustainable development of regional economy and society.Therefore,how to effectively eliminate the damage to the ecological environment in the process of mineral resources development and utilization is of great practical significance to the construction of ecological civilization.With the proposal and implementation of the theory that "clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains",the development and utilization of mineral resources has changed from extensive to sustainable,and the mining industry has gradually changed from "black economy" to "green economy".As an important starting point for green mine construction,mine ecological restoration has been gradually put on the agenda of governments and departments at all levels.This paper takes H mining area in Yangxin County as the case study object.According to the general research logic of "theory-demonstration",firstly,literature research method is adopted to collect and integrate the theoretical and practical data related to mine ecological restoration,so as to excavate the profound connotation of the concept of "Two Mountains" and enrich the ecological restoration ideas.It can be used to guide the construction of ecological restoration framework,the decomposition of key tasks and the optimization of key technologies.Secondly,using the method of field research widely H mining area in terms of basic data and information collected,on this basis,combining with present situation of mining to analyze H mining area ecological environment problems of the current,and respectively from the mining and the pressure of two types of classified evaluation unit,incomplete hierarchical analysis model(AHP)was used to construct mine land suitability evaluation index system,The comprehensive index of land quality was calculated by weighted summation method,and the evaluation result of ecological suitability was obtained.Based on the evaluation results,the ecological restoration plan was planned and designed.Finally,the expected benefits of H mining area after restoration are analyzed by using the method of ecosystem value accounting,and corresponding measures are taken to ensure the expected benefits.Based on the results of this study,the conclusions can be drawn :(1)the concept of "two mountains" contains rich and profound ecological restoration ideas.(2)Ecological restoration of mining areas under the guidance of the concept of "Two mountains" is an important measure to implement the concept of "mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grass" of life community and to build an ecological civilization country,as well as a rational choice to realize the harmonious development of man and nature.(3)H Mine in Yangxin County is a non-metallic mining area under mining,which is currently facing geological and ecological environment problems that need to be repaired due to mining methods and transportation means.(4)H Mine in Yangxin County is an open-pit mine with typical hilly landform,and the suitable direction for ecological restoration is forest and grass land.Ecological restoration according to the planning and design scheme will generate an expected ecological benefit of 2.2931 million Yuan/a.At the same time,suggestions are put forward :(1)necessary administrative means such as establishing a long-term mechanism of administrative supervision of mine ecological restoration,strengthening the main responsibility of municipal and county governments,and innovative and perfect technical means of supervision of mine ecological restoration should be adopted to manage mine ecological restoration projects,so as to deepen the understanding of the rich connotation of the concept of "two mountains".(2)Attach importance to the design and research of mine ecosystem.(3)It is necessary not only to standardize the main responsibility,implementation rules and technical standards of ecological restoration in mining areas,but also to choose differentiated,personalized and diversified ecological restoration modes and land development and utilization schemes.
