| With the advancement of technology,human demands for machining accuracy and efficiency are becoming increasingly high.Grinding as one of the common methods in mechanical processing,the abrasive characteristics on its surface have a significant impact on the grinding method and processing quality.Grinding wheel during grinding process,the surface morphology shows loss and passivation,the grinding performance of the grinding wheel surface is affected,Reducing the yield of finished products produced during production and processing.At this point,the surface of the grinding wheel needs to be trimmed,and after the grinding wheel is trimmed,the surface morphology of the grinding wheel needs to be inspected and evaluated,A simple,fast,and suitable method for inspecting and evaluating the morphology of grinding wheel dressing on the production site has become one of the problems in the field of grinding technology.This article is based on reverse technology and conducts research on technical issues related to surface morphology detection and evaluation of grinding wheel dressing.The main work includes:(1)Based on reverse technology,The system not only achieves on-site inspection of the surface morphology of grinding wheel dressing.(2)Based on research results on the characterization parameters of grinding wheels surface morphology,selected relevant parameters that can be used to evaluate the surface morphology of grinding wheel dressing,a program was developed to determine the midplane of the grinding wheel surface morphology using the least squares method.A method for evaluating the parameters related to the surface morphology of grinding wheel dressing by calculating the midplane of the grinding wheel surface morphology is provided.(3)The workflow for Surface morphology inspection of grinding wheel dressing using a handheld scanner is provided,analyzed the noise during the detection process and provided noise reduction methods and techniques.(4)A surface morphology inspection system for grinding wheel dressing using a handheld scanner has been established.The on-site inspection experiment analyzed the changes in the surface morphology of the grinding wheel when the grinding wheel dressing parameters changed.The experimental data shows that: The surface morphology of the grinding wheel under the reciprocating dressing method is better than that of a single dressing;As the depth of dressing increases,the surface roughness increases,the contour of the abrasive particles deteriorates,and the surface quality of the grinding wheel gradually deteriorates;As the feed speed increases,the surface wave peaks of the grinding wheel first increase and then decrease,and the surface quality of the grinding wheel first improves and then gradually deteriorates.The experimental results prove that: The surface morphology inspection system for grinding wheel dressing established in this article utilizes a handheld scanner,Not only can on-site inspection and evaluation of the surface morphology of grinding wheel dressing be achieved,Moreover,it can be used for on-site inspection of the surface morphology of grinding wheels at a certain stage of the grinding process to evaluate the passivation degree of the grinding wheel surface.The system has the characteristics of fast and simple operation. |
