Study On Readability Evaluation Of Construction Site Safety Management Text

The text of safety management on construction site,as the physical and chemical carrier of safety awareness and safety behavior of front-line operators,plays a crucial role in the process of safety production of construction enterprises,and the readability of safety management text is the basis and guarantee of its role.First of all,the relevant theoretical basis of constructivism learning theory,cognitive psychology,planned behavior theory,cognitive structure theory and other relevant theories are sorted out,the concept of readability of construction site safety management text is defined,and the characteristics and influencing factors of safety management text are described.The readability of construction site safety management text is defined as the degree that specific readers can understand specific materials.Secondly,the evaluation index system of the readability of construction site safety management text is constructed through literature analysis and site interview.The corresponding questionnaire of front-line operators and managers was designed.Through the questionnaire survey,SPSS was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the index,and then the index was optimized and the final evaluation index system was determined.After determining the weight distribution of each index,combined with the survey results of front-line operators and managers,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the readability of construction site safety management text is constructed.Finally,through the empirical evaluation of the actual engineering safety management text,it is found that the readability of the construction site safety management text is generally good,but there are some problems in some aspects.The research results can provide reference for improving the readability of construction safety management text and promoting safety awareness of managers and front-line operators.At the same time,the research results are conducive to the cultivation of safety behavior of managers and front-line operators.
