China is a big agricultural country,with a long history of farming civilization,and the remains of agricultural cultural heritage are widely distributed.From the perspective of agricultural cultural heritage,the tea culture system is not only beverages,agricultural products,tea art and tea ceremony,but also a social-economic-natural complex ecosystem including farming techniques,farmers’ enrichment,agricultural ecology,and folk culture.The systematic study of tea culture has very important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for the protection and utilization of agricultural cultural heritage.High mountains and clouds produce good tea.Enshi,located at 30 degrees north latitude,has a unique natural environment and cultivates a variety of famous teas containing selenium.As an excellent representative of Enshi selenium tea,Enshi Yulu is the only preserved steamed green needle in Chinese history.shaped green tea.In 2015,"Hubei Enshi Yulu Tea Culture System" was listed as an important agricultural cultural heritage in China."Hubei Enshi Yulu Tea Culture System" includes the historical origins of Enshi Yulu,tea tree resources,planting and cultivation,production skills,tea culture,etc.It has profound cultural and historical background,unique natural environment,rich elements and other systematic characteristics.It also has a variety of potential values: ecological value,cultural orientations,economic value,aesthetics value and scientific and technological value,and contains many scientific cores and knowledge systems of traditional agricultural production management.There goes an old saying that the flames are high when people gather firewood.The development of an industry requires the participation of many parties.During the more than ten years of revival of Enshi Yulu,its brand reputation has been continuously improved and its brand image has been rapidly improved.In order to better protect and develop the "Hubei Enshi Yulu Tea Culture System",starting from the aspects of quality,talents,craftsmanship and tea culture,formulate relevant standards for Enshi Yulu to protect traditional production techniques;Promote green ecology of tea and quality-improvement programs.Dedicated to personnel training,strengthen the construction of scientific research teams;comprehensively promote the construction of tea culture,and develop a new model of tea and tourism integration.The protection has achieved remarkable results and the brand strength has been continuously enhanced.At the same time of the achievements,the development of Enshi Yulu is also faced with the lag in the basic environment of tea gardens;insufficient deep processing and low added value of products;the depth of tea tourism integration needs to be improved;the brand awareness and influence are insufficient;the tea industry talent team is weak and other practical problems.In view of the problems faced by the protection of "Hubei Enshi Yulu Tea Culture System",we must take protection as the basic premise,follow the principle of protection first and green development;implement the strategy of scientific and technological development of tea and scientific tea cultivation;increase publicity and promotion,expand the influence of band,adhere to the tenet of dynamic protection and living inheritance,and base on the policy of multi-party participation and scientific management.
