The coupling screwing machine is an important equipment in the oil casing manufacturer.The strength of the threaded joint of the oil casing can be guaranteed if the coupling machine is of high quality,so that service life of the oil casing in the harsh environment of the oil field will be increased,the accident rate of oil and gas fields went down,and oil and gas production will be increased.In this dissertation,a fully automatic coupling control system is designed combined with an oil bushing processing enterprise’s joint screw joint project,and its functions are verified.First,based on the analysis of the current research status and development trends of the coupling screwing machine,combined with the production process,enterprise needs and equipment status,the overall design of the coupling screwing machine control system was adopted,using PLC as the core controller.C # language is used for monitoring software development,and the system is equipped with remote monitoring host.Secondly,according to the overall control scheme,the main hardware such as PLC,remote signal transmission module,tension and pressure force sensor,and rotary encoder are selected.And the PLC software will be programmed by using structured programming idea to introduce each important subroutine.At the same time,according to the system requirements,it is determined that the communication method between the host computer and the PLC is S7.NET communication protocol,so the upper computer interface and function can be designed,and the remote monitoring host interface can be designed according to the remote data transmission demand.Then,to analysis the mechanism and main types of special buckles.Analysis the reason why the final torque is greater than the optimal control torque during the screwing process combined with the curve when special buckles are screwed.And use an iterative self-learning algorithm to correct the early shutdown amount Improve control accuracy.At the same time,the reasons for the inflection point,the importance of the inflection point judgment,and the main methods used in the inflection point judgment are analysised,and the current method is verified.According to the disadvantage of current judgment methods,a more efficient judgment method has been proposed and verified.Finally,the entire system was debugged on site.The operation results show that the system has good performance and the functions of the system can meet the processing requirements.
