Study On The Analytical Method And Leaching Toxicity Of PFOS In Solid Wastes

PFOS refers to perfluorooctane sulfonic acid and its salts as well as substances that can be broken down to perfluorooctane sulfonic acid.In the hydrolysis and biodegradation experiments,PFOS showed no degradation phenomenon and did not undergo direct or indirect photolysis;it has a biomagnification effect,and the PFOS content in high trophic mammals is obviously higher than that in low trophic mammals.Animal.After entering the human body,it leads to liver toxicity,neurotoxicity,immunotoxicity,reproductive toxicity,etc.PFOS can cause the spread of air pollution through volatilization,attachment to particulate matter,or atmospheric deposition;it can also spread worldwide through surface water transport or ocean currents.PFOS are found in arctic biota far removed from anthropogenic sources.Due to its high bioaccumulation and toxicity,persistence and long-distance environmental transport and other properties,PFOS was identified as a persistent organic pollutant in May 2009 and included in the “Regulations on Persistent Organic Pollutants”,Annex B of the Stockholm Convention and restricts its manufacture and use a.There is currently little analysis and evidence of PFOS in the environment,and research coverage is not comprehensive enough that further research is needed.This paper mainly focuses on the analysis method and leaching toxicity of PFOS in solid waste.In this paper,high performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry was selected to analyze and determine PFOS in solid waste.This method has high selectivity and sensitivity,low requirements for sample pretreatment,large detection range and low detection limit.;Not only can the accurate quantification of PFOS be realized,but also the qualitative identification of the target can be achieved,so as to avoid false positives in sample detection.Since the detection matrix of leaching toxicity is similar to water quality,the establishment of PFOS leaching toxicity detection method refers to the detection method of PFOS in water quality.In order to reduce the loss and error caused by the pretreatment,the pretreatment of this experiment was carried out by directly centrifuging and filtering after leaching,and then measuring on the machine.At the same time,the actual samples of soil,sludge,PFOS solid waste(chromium fog inhibitor)and the samples of a certain enterprise were analyzed.
