In recent years,Liaoning Province has experienced rapid urbanization. The central area of the city has been spreading outward. In this process, the quantity and structure of land use types have gradually changed. At the same time, the unreasonable use of land resources and the unbalanced economic development among regions have appeared, which has threatened the sustainable use of land resources. In order to solve this problem,it obtains the data of land use type change in Liaoning Province from 2010 to 2020 according to the remote sensing monitoring data of land use status and the statistical yearbook of Liaoning Province. It uses the pressure-state-response(PSR)model to construct a comprehensive evaluation system of land ecological security.Based on the decoupling relationship between the changes of different land use types and ecosystem service value in Liaoning Province in recent ten years,it establishes a more scientific accounting system of ecosystem service value. The influence of regional land use type changes on ecosystem service value is also analyzed. The following research results are obtained:First, from 2010 to 2020,the area of cultivated land, forest land and grassland in Liaoning Province shows a downward trend, while the water area and unused land shows a downward trend first and then an upward trend. The area of construction land kept an upward trend, among which all land use types changed greatly from 2015 to 2020.During the study period, the degree of land use type transformation continues to increase, among which the degree of land use type transformation increased by 0.11% in 2010-2015 and by 0.59% in 2015-2020.The comprehensive evaluation index of land ecological security in Liaoning Province is established, and the conclusion is that the safety values of land ecological pressure, state and response index all show an upward trend in general. It shows that the overall land ecological pressure in Liaoning Province is low and the recovery speed is fast after being disturbed.Second,it comprehensively evaluates and calculates the six first-class classification types of land use and the corresponding 11 kinds of ecosystem service values in Liaoning Province from the time and space scales. The results show that from 2010 to 2020,the total value of ecosystem services in Liaoning Province is high in the east and low in the middle, and it shows a downward trend first and then an upward trend in time. The value of land ecosystem services in Liaoning Province increased from 327.771 billion yuan in2010 to 362.648 billion yuan in 2015,and then decreased to 352.175 billion yuan in 2020.Among them, forest land and water area contribute the most to the service value of land ecosystem in Liaoning Province.Third, through the calculation of decoupling theoretical framework,it concludes that Liaoning Province is a negative decoupling type of expansion from 2010 to 2015.The change rate of land use type transformation degree increases, and the change rate of ecosystem service value also increases, which is a win-win model. In 2015-2020,the relationship between land use type change and ecosystem service value change is strongly decoupled, which means that the increase of land use activities leads to the decrease of ecosystem service value. It is necessary to coordinate the relationship between land use type change degree and ecosystem. Finally, relevant policy suggestions are put forward according to the decoupling types of each region, which provides scientific basis for the rational management of land resources and the formulation of ecological policies.
