The passenger train is an important carrier of railway passenger transport,ensuring the safety of passenger trains is the priority among priorities in railway transport.With the rapid development of railway technology and equipment in recent ten years,the running speed of passenger trains has been continuously improved.Some vehicle faults which are not easy to occur when the train running speed is low have been exposed constantly,and the pressure of safe running of passenger trains is also increasing day by day.Train Coach Running Diagnosis System(TCDS)is a new type of train safety monitoring system developed to meet higher and higher requirements for the safety of train operation.It monitors and diagnoses the key components of train operation through the vehicle safety monitoring equipment,learns the running status of trains in real time,and guides the troubleshooting after the train is put into storage.Dynamic control of train application quality state effectively reduces the occurrence of many accidents endangering train operation safety and effectively ensure the safety of train operation.However,some problems have been found in the actual application of the TCDS system.As the real-time monitoring function of the TCDS system on the safety condition of train operation mainly depends on its powerful information collection and transmission ability,so the system will produce a large number of complex real-time monitoring information in the process of work,the analysis of these information occupies a lot of time and energy of the field staff.In particular,there are some false alarms caused by the maintenance quality of vehicle parts is not high,the work process is simplified or the external environment changes,which seriously interferes with the normal work order to a certain extent and reduces the work efficiency.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the maintenance strategy,eliminate the hidden fault in time,improve the maintenance quality of passenger trains,and reduce the appearance of invalid alarm information.Based on the network system design of train operation safety monitoring and diagnosis system,this paper analyzes the network system structure of universal speed train and the 160km/h centralized power train,and puts forward the feasibility of industrial Ethernet as a new development direction of train communication network.This paper introduces the three subsystems of TCDS system,namely,train operation safety monitoring and diagnosis system,vehicle-ground wireless transmission system and ground networking application system,their respective division of labor,mutual contact and operation mechanism.Then,taking the alarm information data of 2021 TCDS system of Jinan Rolling Stock Depot of Jinan Bureau Group Company as the statistical analysis object,the concept of reliability was introduced,and the fault distribution function models of shaft temperature alarm,brake alarm and fireworks alarm were analyzed and determined by Minitab statistical analysis software.The relevant knowledge of FTA is briefly summarized,and the shaft temperature alarm,brake alarm,firework alarm fault tree is established successively.The top event,intermediate event and basic event are found out.The minimum cut set is found out through qualitative and quantitative analysis,and the probability and importance of the minimum cut set of the fault tree are calculated.Finally,according to the basic events contained in each minimum cut set,combined with the alarm fault distribution function model,the technical reform and maintenance optimization suggestions are proposed for the shaft temperature alarm,brake alarm and fireworks alarm system,which effectively reduces the false alarm and achieves the goal of improving the reliability of the system.
