| PLC has powerful logic control ability.It can control the external automatic assembly system through corresponding programs,thus achieving the development goal of de-manualization put forward by industry at this stage,and accelerating the development of automatic assembly technology.The use of automatic assembly system can not only improve work efficiency and product quality,but also reduce the labor intensity of front-line workers.Aiming at the automatic assembly system based on PLC,this paper makes an in-depth study on the overall hardware design,selection,software programming and control of the assembly system.By using automatic assembly machine to assemble sleeve locking pin,manual assembly can be replaced,which can meet the requirements of current manufacturers for manual assembly operation and numerical control of key processes,and ensure the consistency and reliability of products.This is not only the need to ensure the production task,but also the inevitable development trend,and it is also consistent with the strategic goal of building a first-class digital manufacturer proposed by the enterprise.Through careful observation of the work flow of manual assembly,this paper analyzes and disassembles each action in the process of manual assembly,and assigns each action of manual assembly to each station of the automatic assembly machine.Based on the observation of the manual operation process,the mechanical structure suitable for the assembly of the locking mechanism sleeve locking pin is designed,and based on this structure,the hardware equipment(motor,cylinder,etc.)needed in the assembly process are selected.On the basis of the completion of the hardware design,PLC is used to control the cylinder,motor and other related components,so as to control the external equipment(mechanical arm,rotating disc)and other related components,so that they can complete the corresponding actions,and finally achieve the expected assembly function.The emergence and application of automatic assembly machine has transformed the locking pin assembly work that completely depends on manual work in the early stage into a work that mainly relies on automatic assembly and supplemented by manual operation.Finally,through the various data collected on site,it is proved that the use of automatic assembly machine improves the efficiency of assembly work and improves the quality of assembly products. |
