| Among various analytical means,the fluorescent probes were paid more and more attention by the researchers because of its simple,sensitive,real-time and other advantages.And fluorescent probes were widely used in the detection of metal ions and small molecule substances.Yttrium ion(Y3+)was a rare earth ion,glutathione(GSH)was a biothiol respectively.In this paper,we designed and synthesized relevant fluorescent probes,which had highly selective recognition of Y3+and GSH separately,and we also studied the optical properties and practical applications of Y3+and GSH respectively.1.In this chapter,we synthesized a fluorescent probe with a Schiff base structure using 2-hydroxy-1-naphthyl formaldehyde and benzoic acid,and characterized the structure by nuclear magnetic characterization and high resolution mass spectrum.In acetonitrile solution,ultraviolet,fluorescence and infrared spectroscopy experiments were used to show the specificity of the probe,anti-interference and estimated the mechanism of action,and had good fluorescence imaging in biological experiments such as Caenorhabditis elegans and mice.2.In this chapter,a fluorescent probe was synthesized from 4′-hydroxybiphenyl-4-methyl nitrile using raw material.The recognition mechanism of probe was to use copper ions as the medium to detect GSH efficiently.We studied the AIE properties,ultraviolet and fluorescence spectral properties of the probe.In the acetonitrile:water=20:80 system,by Cu2+as the media,the GSH was added,it produced an obvious fluorescence enhancement phenomenon.And this probe had some excellent feature,such as,a low detection limit,high sensitivity and good biological imaging in Caenorhabditis elegans,mice and He La cells,respectively.3.The fluorescent probe in this section was sensitive to identify GSH,and we designed and developed a non-paired Schiff base fluorescent probe by hydrazine hydrate using 5-methyl salicylate and 4′-hydroxybiphenyl-4-methyl nititrile.In the acetonitrile:water:40:60 system,the type of"on-off-on"signal sensing was realized,and the specific identification of GSH can be realized with the help of copper ions.Through ultraviolet and fluorescence spectroscopy,research its specificity,anti-interference and other optical properties.The experiments indicated that the probe has good selectivity and high anti-interference,and then the possibility of its biological application was further studied through Caenorhabditis elegans and mice. |
