The identification and control measures of exhaust gas pollution sources are hot topics in the research of exhaust gas control technology in chemical projects.This paper takes a certain pesticide chemical project in Lanzhou as the research object,and uses environmental impact assessment pollution source analysis technology to improve the identification of exhaust gas pollution sources and conduct source strength accounting.Analyze the characteristics of the project’s exhaust gas,compare and select exhaust gas pollution control measures,and optimize the exhaust gas treatment plan.(1)Sorted out the pre identification of exhaust gas pollution sources provided by the project party,and analyzed the reasons for missing pollutants in the pre identification.Key research and evaluation were conducted on the measures provided by the project party,such as "water or alkali absorption" pretreatment and "RTO incineration" end control.The problems in the unorganized waste gas control measures and organized waste gas treatment plans of the project party were analyzed.(2)Based on the pre identification of the project party,this study adopts a four layer classification method of "production system production device production unit emission node",and uses the material balance algorithm to improve the identification of waste gas pollution sources and source intensity accounting.The waste gas is classified according to the characteristics of pollutant emissions.On the basis of unorganized waste gas treatment by the project party,improve control measures for unorganized waste gas sources such as material storage,transfer and transportation,process,equipment and pipeline components,and open liquid surfaces.It is recommended to treat inorganic waste gases such as ammonia and hydrogen chloride generated in the process and public auxiliary engineering separately.The improved exhaust gas control measures have prevented RTO device blockage.(3)Based on environmental monitoring data,analyze and improve the operation of environmental protection facilities,address the issue of odor and odor in the factory area caused by exhaust gas pollutant emissions,increase leakage detection and repair measures,and enhance the collection and control measures of odor and waste gas.
