| With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the widespread application of renewable energy,the utilization of biomass energy is receiving increasing attention.Aerobic fermentation is an effective way of utilizing biomass energy,which can convert organic waste into useful products such as biofertilizers,biofuels,and biochemicals.The drum type aerobic fermentation reactor is a commonly used aerobic fermentation equipment,which has the advantages of simple operation,energy-saving and efficient,and small footprint.In response to the problems of fixed and non adjustable chamber volume,high operating energy consumption,and difficulty in reusing exhaust waste heat in existing drum type aerobic fermentation reactors,a modular drum aerobic fermentation reactor has been developed based on the modular design concept.It has the advantages of adjustable scale,segmented drive,graded fermentation,and precise aeration,improving the processing and assembly efficiency of the drum aerobic fermentation reactor,and expanding the applicability of the drum aerobic fermentation reactor,Provide support for the development and application of composting technology in drum aerobic fermentation reactors.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Based on the aerobic fermentation mechanism and combined with the existing drum reactor composting process,the design requirements are proposed,and the basic structure,basic specification parameters,and operation plan of the modular drum reactor are determined as the overall design plan.The modular drum reactor is mainly composed of module units such as drum,aeration system,waste heat recycling device,driving system,sealing connectors,etc.It is designed with two operating modes: single stage and multi-stage.Based on the proposed overall design plan and theoretical analysis,structural design and optimization of the key system of the modular drum reactor are carried out,including parameter design of the key system and selection of key components;Using Solid Works software for 3D modeling while designing the drum reactor;Use EDEM simulation software to verify the mixing performance of the drum reactor;After the mixing performance inspection is qualified,the prototype trial production will be carried out.In order to verify the feasibility of the two operating modes of the modular drum reactor and the effectiveness of using waste heat recycling devices,a single stage and multi-level composting test platform was built for a 15 day composting test,to verify the operating status of the entire machine and to test and analyze fertilizer quality.The results show that both operating modes of the drum reactor operate normally,and the fermentation quality indicators such as p H,EC,and moisture content of the decomposed materials meet the composting standards;The temperature,seed germination index,fecal coliform group number and other harmless indicators are good.The high temperature period lasts for about 9 days,which is far higher than the composting standard.The waste heat recycling device group is used to significantly increase the temperature rise rate,which only takes 390 minutes to complete the temperature rise phase,promoting rapid moisture removal and rapid decomposition of compost materials. |
