As one of the key mechanisms of the loom,the beating-up mechanism is used to push the weft yarn to the weaving mouth,so that it is in close contact with the warp yarn to form a compact fabric.The dynamic performance of beating-up mechanism has a crucial impact on improving loom performance,weaving efficiency and fabric quality.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the motion characteristics of beating-up mechanism to improve the performance of loom.In this paper,based on the original loom structure proposed by an enterprise,in order to increase the fabric width,improve the beating-up force,improve the product qualification rate and improve the weaving efficiency,the research work of the conjugate cam beating-up mechanism of the single-layer variable height spacer fabric loom is carried out to provide the basis for the implementation of the enterprise.The main contents of this paper are as follows :1、Derivation of beating resistance calculation model of single-layer variable height spacer fabric.According to the causes of beating resistance of single-layer spacer fabric,the general calculation formula of beating resistance of single-layer variable height spacer fabric is derived.The influence of yarn properties,fabric weft density and spacer height on beating resistance is analyzed,which provides accurate process data for the design of beating mechanism.2、The design of conjugate cam beating-up mechanism of single layer variable height spacer fabric loom.In order to meet the requirements of process timing and beating process,the motion law of the follower of the beating mechanism is determined to adopt the sine and cosine combined acceleration motion law.The general equation of cam profile curve is derived by analytical method,and the conjugate cam profile curve is obtained by parametric modeling.3、The kinematic performance analysis of conjugate cam beating-up mechanism of single layer variable height spacer fabric loom.Based on the simulation model of conjugate cam beating-up mechanism,the effects of different rotational speeds,contact collision and motion accuracy analysis on the motion performance of beating-up mechanism are discussed respectively.4、Dynamics analysis of conjugate cam beating-up mechanism of single-layer variable height interval fabric loom.Based on the finite element model of conjugate cam beating-up mechanism,the vibration mode and natural frequency of beating-up mechanism are obtained by modal analysis.Then,the transient dynamic analysis of modal analysis is carried out to explore the dynamic response of beating-up mechanism when it is subjected to beating-up resistance.Provide reference for subsequent enterprise site implementation.
