With the development of manufacturing technology,fiber reinforced composite materials have gradua lly replaced the conventional structure of metal and non-metal materials,and require more materials which are provided with material properties including light,high strength,toughness and flexibility and so on.In order to develop the light weighting technique,the composite material of high specific modulus and specific strength has become the main force to promote the industry lightweight product.The structure of traditional fiber composite material include stressed-skin,honeycomb and laminates,which lack of integrity in material structure and have poor mechanical properties of interlaminar shear in thickness direction.Originally these materials are applied in the load-carry structure of small loads.The 3D spacer woven,a kind of continuous and entirety three-dimensional composite material perform,has good mechanical properties such as integrality,interlaminar shear and bending resistance.The mechanical parts of load-carry structure bearing heavy loads,such as automobile front collision proof structure,spring plate and building material structure and so on,are made by the vacuum assisted resin transfer molding(VARTM)process.In this paper,the main research on 3D spacer woven fabric perform for plate-beam structures,the design of 3D spacer woven fabric structure is mainly based on the weaving principle of the fabric,and calculates different diameter and pattern of prefabricated parts which is accounted for total volume of composite material.Finally the optimum proportion of fiber composite structures are determined.3D spacer fabric perform for plate-beam structures is woven by muti-player pneumatic weft insertion,dobby shedding and parallel translation beating-up,so the warp and weft yarn intertwined with each other can be tight,and this process complete the construction of the fiber prefabricate part.In the design and research of the three-dimensional spacer loom,the key is to determine the optimal size parameters,the structure optimization design and the cooperation design between the various mechanisms.The main research contents in this dissertation are described as follows:1.The design study on 3D spacer woven fabric perform for plate-beam structures and the caculetion of the porpotion of prefabricated accounting for total volume in different fineness and different pattern,finally the process of spacer woven fabric is determined;2.A new kind structure of rotation dobby sheding mechanism is used to the three-dimensional space loom,which included electronic control system,variable speed rotation and the mechanism of dobby link.By means of the software of Pro/E,C ATIA and ADAMS,firstly the geometric model of different mechanisms is established.and the parametric and optimization of whole structure model is calculated.Finally the virtual prototyping model of 3D spacer loom is built;3.The simulation analys is studied on the multilayer air jet flow field characteristics by the software of ANSYS/ Fluent,and compared the different distances and different angles of level jet of auxiliary nozzle to the effect of flow characteristic in reeds,and determined the optimal parameters of flow characteristics between reeds dents;4.The design of heald frame includes a kind of new structure about the cross beam connected with the side plate of heald frame and intermediate supporting connected with the heald frame on the broad loom,and research on the structure design and dynamic analysis of heald frame by using different elements in ANSYS and Workbench software.What’s more,the dynamic characteristic analysis of heald frame is optimized,and the frame stiffness is improved;5.The paper analyzes the static and dynamic properties of glass fiber / epoxy resin composite plate girder structure by ANSYS softwar,and studies on the influence of fiber volume percentage content on the stiffness of the composite materials.
