| Self-supporting bingding forming fabric is a three-layer net used in the paper-making industry.As a paper-making equipment,SSB forming fabric forms a ring-shaped plug structure to meet its application in paper machine.The demand for high speed and wide width in paper machine development has led to increased requirements for the properties of SSB forming fabric.In order to provide help for forming screen selection in paper enterprises,The study was conducted in collaboration with Jiangsu Jinni Engineering Co.,LTD,and this paper examines the impact of various parameters of SSB forming fabric structure,such as organizational structure and splicing structure(including wire diameter,warp and weft density,braided mesh,splicing mode,and splicing proportion)on abrasion resistance,dehydration forming,and mechanical stability.And the data processing analysis is carried out to obtain the corresponding prediction model that affects the mechanism and performance.The SSB forming fabric was then comprehensively ranked by balancing three performance indicators.The specific research results are as follows:(1)The abrasion resistance of SSB forming fabric varies with different parameters,and increases with higher rotation speed.Additionally,the impact of different weaving patterns on the abrasion resistance of SSB forming mesh varies with changes in warp and weft density.According to our findings,a closer weaving structure leads to better abrasion resistance when the warp and weft density is low.However,the opposite is true when the density is high.Additionally,we observed a positive correlation between the diameter of the bottom weft and the density of warp and weft with the abrasion resistance of SSB forming fabric,when other parameters are held constant.At the same time,The plug-in mode has little effect on the plug-in structure,and the abrasion resistance of the single plug-in mode is better than that of the mixed plug-in mode.(2)The smaller the warp and weft density of the wire is,the smaller the wire diameter is,the faster the filtration speed is,and the lower the fiber retention rate is.The filtration speed of the main structure part of SSB forming fabric is faster than that of the plug-in structure part.The SSB forming fabric with closed plug-in mode has fast filtration speed and low fiber retention rate.(3)The tensile strength of SSB forming fabric is closely related to the diameter of warp wire.The thicker the wire diameter is,the greater the tensile strength is.At the same time,when other parameters are the same,the closer the braided structure is,the greater the warp and weft density is,and the greater the tensile strength is.The tensile strength of the main body of the SSB forming fabric is much larger than that of the plug interface.The greater the tensile strength of the SSB forming fabric work using the closed plug-in method,the smaller the strength of the single plug-in method than the mixed plug-in method.(4)The data analysis software verifies that the influence mechanism of SSB forming fabric structure and performance is basically consistent with the test results,and the performance prediction model is constructed.and the comprehensive performance score reveals that fabric work with moderate tightness,thick wire,and small warp and weft density has superior comprehensive performance. |
