Garment pressure comfort as an important part of clothing comfort,which is important for clothing comfort research. It is complex and not convenient tomeasure the garment pressure, but if we test the fabric property is easier. So it isnecessary to devise the relation between the fabric property and pressure comfort, and it hasimportant realistic significance for the prediction of garment pressure comfort.Now Clothing comfort research is more about the distribution of the pressure atvarious parts and comport. The research about relationship between materialproperties and clothing pressure are fewer. This subject analyzes the relation betweenmechanics performance of fabric and garment pressure.Eight kinds of knitting fabrics with different weave and composition were selectedto measure their mechanics performance as tensile property, shear property, bendproperty, ycompression property, and surface property. Fabric pressure simulationsystem was used to simulate fabric arch and deformation on elbow and knee. We usethe origin software fit the data of fabric simulation pressure, then find the knittingfabric with flexible fiber present unobvious fatigue phenomenon, and the moreflexible fabric the more unobvious fatigue phenomenon. By analyze the correlationcoefficients about the fabric simulation pressure of different locations, it was findingthat the centre has the biggest pressure, and the pressure to edge reduces. The pressureon the same radius round is the same. By analyzing the correlation coefficientbetween mechanical properties and fabrics pressure find: fabric pressure is negative correlation with warp-wise certain load elongation and elastic recovery rate; and it ispositive correlation with warp shear force log torque, frictional coefficient meandeviation, surface roughness mean deviation. It is positive correlation with weft warpshear force log torque, frictional coefficient mean deviation, and surface roughnessmean deviation.Same eight kinds of knitting fabrics were used to make basic-style knitwear.Clustering clothes pressure which was measured by mannequin pressure testingsystem find: chest pressure> shoulders back pressure> Pressures on the waist. We allfind the mannequin testing garment pressure coefficient of variation is negativecorrelation with warp ycompression resilience, and is positive correlation with warpshear force log torque, frictional coefficient mean deviation, surface roughness meandeviation; mannequin testing garment pressure coefficient of variation is negativecorrelation with weft ycompression resilience, and is positive correlation with shearforce log torque and frictional coefficient mean deviation.Through wearing experimental the garment pressure was evaluated subjectivelyand measured objectively when experimentalist doing yoga movements. It is foundthat the oppressive feeling is negative correlation with garment pressure comfort, andthe more homogeneous body pressure distribution the more comfortable. Considersubjective pressure evaluation get that when we doing extreme sports we shouldchoice garment with slight static pressure,then the zero pressure clothing, the apparelthat has strong pressure should not choice. Lower plastic deformation fabric was madeinto apparel will has a strong pressure when wearing it do extreme sports. The fabricwhich has an big bend rigidity, bad strain recovery, high compression ratio work wasmake into apparel will bring about a strong pressure when doing sports.
