Research On Garment Design Innovation Based On Pleated Form

The The continuous improvement of people’s pursuit of the spiritual level of clothing and the increasingly fierce competition in the clothing market promote the popularity of pleated clothing,highlighting the importance and necessity of innovative design research of pleated clothing.This paper expounds the research of this topic through six chapters.In the whole article,the author first expounds the research background,research significance,research status,research content and thinking framework as well as research methods and innovation points of this topic,and then carries out a more comprehensive collation and induction of the concept of the research object,the historical origin of the research object and its development process.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing relevant contents,it cuts into the theme and analyzes the process methods and forms of several common representative forms of pleats in fashion design through the designer’s design works.Based on the designer’s design works,This paper analyzes and summarizes the innovative application method of pleated form in fashion design from three aspects: technique,fashion style and color,and provides theoretical reference for the innovative design practice of pleated form clothing.At last,the author elaborated on the design practice of this subject,presented the works of the author’s design practice,and summarized and prospected the related research of this subject.Innovative research on pleated clothing design is not only imperative but also of far-reaching significance.Based on pleated elements,innovative clothing design is an important way to adapt to the trend and meet people’s spiritual needs for clothing,as well as an important factor to enhance the market competitiveness of pleated clothing.Through literature research,graphic analysis,comparative analysis,design practice and other research methods,this paper analyzes and expounds the relevant contents of fold form,studies the innovative integration design between fold form and clothing,and finally verifies and presents the research results through practical operation.Interpret the mystery of fold symbol,expand the thought of clothing design,enrich the language of clothing fashion.
