Degumming is a major problem in ramie textile industry,and the anaerobic continuous flow degumming system is an important step towards solving this problem by providing anaerobic continuous degumming of ramie and continuous self-proliferation of the bacterial flora.Existing studies had demonstrated the effectiveness of anaerobic continuous flow degumming in small-scale installation for ramie degumming,but the system still has defects in the structure of the device,the process is not perfect,in addition,there is a shallow exploration of the process parameters that affect the degumming.First of all,some problems of the original device were reformed in the research.Secondly,in order to further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of anaerobic continuous flow degumming of ramie,the research focused on the improvement of the chnoligical process and application of p H regulators.The influence of p H regulator on anaerobic continuous flow degumming effect was deeply studied.The degumming quality was evaluated with the help of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the degumming efficiency was compared by weight loss rate,the microflora activity degree of dynamic degumming was reflected by water quality test in running state,and the microscopic morphology and organic composition of degumming fibers were analyzed by SEM and infrared spectroscopy.The relevant results were discussed comprehensively combined with the above aspects.The aim of this paper is to determine some optimal process parameters through the small device,which can be used to guide the expansion experiment of a medium-scale plant,as well as to lay the foundation for the subsequent industrial application of anaerobic continuous flow degumming systems.Single factor experiment was used in all experiments,and the results of comprehensive analysis and discussion showed that:1.In this paper,the peristaltic pump controling the liquid in the reactor into the degumming tank was replaced by the peristaltic pump that controled the degumming liquid in the degumming tank into the reactor.In addition,a DC pump was added to transport the liquid in the reactor to the degumming tank,so that to reduce the sealing requirements of the degumming tank.The micro-pressure control device located outside the degumming tank was converted into a water level balancer located under the lid of the degumming tank to solve the problem of dynamic liquid level control in the degumming tank.2.After the raw ramie treated by different pretreatment methods was degummed by anaerobic continuous flow,the data showed that the ramie raw ramie treated by warm water had no effect on the removal of lignin in the degumming system of this device.According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it is considered that the degumming quality of cool water soaking is good.According to the scanning electron microscope,the surface of the ramie fiber obtained by the degumming system after the cold water soaking pretreatment is smooth and the gel is the least3.Adding sodium carbonate,a p H regulator,to ramie leaching water and water replenishment,respectively,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the degelling quality of adding p H regulator to the ramie leaching water is considered to be good.The comparison of transmittability between the two in the infrared spectrum also reflects that the ramie fiber with p H regulator added to the ramie leaching water contains more organic matter.According to the scanning electron microscope,the fiber surface obtained by adding p H regulator to ramie leaching water was smooth and almost did not contain glia,while the fiber surface was cracked by adding p H regulator to water replenishing water.4.The strength of the fiber whendegumming time is 72 h is significantly lower than that of the fiber at 48 h,and the weight loss rate at 72 h is higher than that at 48 h.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation shows that the degumming quality of 48 h is good.5.With the increase of the dosage of sodium carbonate as a p H regulator,the strength of the fiber decreases first and then increases,and the maximum strength of the fiber can reach6.84 c N/dtex.According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the degel quality is better when the dosage of sodium carbonate as a p H regulator is 2% of the weight of raw flstate.6.Choose alkaline p H regulators and cellulose protectors commonly used in factories:magnesium hydroxide,sodium tripolyphosphate,anthraquinone.The results showed that anthraquinone continued to play a role as a protective agent for cellulose in the degluing system,and the fiber strength reached 7.31 c N/dtex.According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it was considered that the degluing quality was better when the p H regulator was sodium carbonate + anthraquinone.According to the scanning electron microscope image,the surface of the fiber was smooth after the degluing treatment with anthraquinone.In conclusion,after using p H regulator in anaerobic continuous flow degumming pretreatment,the ramie fiber obtained by p H regulator method has reached the first level of the strength of ramie fiber in GB/T20793-2015 "Ramie Refined Ramie".However,compared with chemical degumming,the results of this paper have not been able to achieve the ideal effect of improving the degumming quality and higher degumming efficiency.
