Hemp has been used for thousands of years as a natural textile material.With the improvement of people's living standards,hemp textiles are becoming more and more popular.However,with the increasing demand for environment-friendly technology in the whole society,the high pollution of traditional chemical degumming methods has become the primary problem restricting the development of the hemp industry.At present,many researchers try to create microorganism,such as strain or enzyme,to deal with hemp,which is similar to the traditional retting degumming principle,but it is still a basic research limited in the laboratory,and it is a non continuous process.The preparation of biological strain and the biological reaction process are independent,and the cost is very high;moreover,the strain is not regenerated,can not be recycled,and can not be realized industrial production.Therefore,it is necessary to study a continuous flow biological degumming system.This project chose a spiral symmetrical flow anaerobic bioreactor developed by itself as the main process for culturing bacteria.In addition,in order to change the current situation that the strain preparation and the degumming process are separated in the current microbial degumming process,a spiral symmetrical flow anaerobic bioreactor and a biodegumming tank are combined to achieve continuous production of the degumming process.The subject first verified the effect of anaerobic bacteria on ramie degumming using a water bath shaking method,that is,the feasibility of degumming of the strain,and obtained the basic parameters of a series of anaerobic biological degumming,such as degumming time,water bath ratio,temperature,etc.Then the subject analyzes from the perspective of the pretreatment process of ramie,and then scours the fresh ramie to explore its effect on the degumming effect.After researching and analyzing the existing degumming process,it is found that the existing microbial degumming methods use ramie obtained by directly drying the fresh hemp after scraping as the material.Ramie obtained after degumming with this raw material The fiber still can not meet the needs of subsequent processing.Therefore,referring to the chemical degumming process,a new microbial decollagenization hemp pretreatment process is proposed,that is,fresh ramie after scraping,which is first boiled in boiling water and then dried.The obtained ramie was degummed by anaerobic microorganisms,and it was found that the degumming rate of anaerobic microorganisms could be increased.Taking into account the fiber elongation performance,appearance quality,crystallinity and other indicators,the quality of ramie degummed for 1 hour was the best.Then the project set up a laboratory ramie continuous flow biological degumming system,which consists of a spiral symmetrical flow anaerobic bioreactor and three biological degumming tanks.The spiral symmetrical flow anaerobic bioreactor is a strain culture device,which is efficient and stable,and provides a continuous supply of microorganisms for the biological degumming tank.The biological degumming tank is the main place for hemp degumming,which is connected in series with the reactor,which improves the metabolism of microorganisms through the circulation system.The process is more conducive to degumming.Finally,taking ramie as an example,the degumming effect,running characteristics,stability and impact resistance of the continuous flow biological degumming system of hemp were investigated and analyzed.The feasibility of the continuous-flow biological degumming system was proved through the investigation of the physical and mechanical properties and gas production of the fiber after degumming.The fiber performance was analyzed through indicators such as apparent performance,fineness,strength,infrared spectrum,and crystallinity.Fibers made by this technique can meet basic spinnability requirements.On the basis of the ramie degumming test,in order to further explore the adaptability of the hemp continuous-flow biological degumming system,kenaf was selected as the test object.It was found that the technology of this paper can greatly reduce the degumming time of kenaf and eliminate the odor degummed by the existing methods.
