Research On The Application Of Hippie Style Elements In The Design Of Modern Preschool Children’s Clothing

La mode passe,le style reste.as defined by Gabrielle Chanel in the last century.Hippie style born in the 1960 s is just like this.In the rapidly updating and iterating fashion world,hippie style has been enduring for its unique appearance characteristics and cultural connotation.In recent years,with the free and multicultural lifestyle into People’s Daily life,hippie style clothing is also more and more popular,many designers also draw inspiration from hippie culture,create a very hippie style features of clothing,with the hippie style in adult fashion design is popular,its influence also spread to the field of children’s clothing design,now,Hippie style element has been widely used in the design of children’s wear.At present,the domestic children’s wear design is still faced with serious homogeneity,single style,serious adult,lack of connotation and other problems,emphasizing the functional nature of the design can not meet the needs of the market,it is imperative to further explore the artistic and cultural design of children’s wear.Based on the above background,this topic takes the hippie style of 3-6 years old girl clothing as the research object.The first chapter gives a brief overview of hippie style and children’s wear design,including the definition of related concepts and the research background.The second chapter traces the origin of hippie style,and then focuses on its elements and characteristics and its development in half a century,which lays a foundation for the content of the third chapter.The third chapter,respectively,from the fashion element of silhouette,color,design elements,fabrics of adornment gimmick,tie-in way five aspects to analyze the hippie style element in the application of modern children’s clothing design.Based on the case analysis of the contemporary children’s wear design,it is concluded that the hippie style overturns the traditional design concept in the modern children’s wear,and conveys the personality and charm of the hippie style children’s wear in these five elements.Based on this research basis,in chapter four,the design methods and principles of hippy style children’s clothing are put forward from the aspects of element combination,overall collocation and children’s clothing design principles.Chapter 5 summarizes the application of hippie style in children’s clothing,and analyzes the differences between children’s clothing and women’s clothing as well as its future development trend.Finally,the design practice for the hippie-style children’s wear is carried out,aiming at trying the new ideas and design methods of children’s wear design,reflecting the new connotation and new value of children’s wear design.
