The new energy industry has an important impact on the high-quality development of regional economy.In recent years,new energy industry in the Yellow River basin has developed very rapidly.The government encourages large-scale development of wind power and solar power and comprehensively promotes high-quality development of wind power and solar power generation.The government has also continuously improved policies and measures to better play the role of new energy in ensuring energy supply and increasing supply.However,at present,enterprises rely on energy consumption,resulting in resource shortage and environmental pollution.The green technology innovation of enterprises can not only alleviate the environmental pollution problem,but also ensure the sustainable development of economy.As the internal environment of the enterprise,internal control plays an indispensable role in the decision-making behavior of the enterprise,and has a great impact on the green technology innovation behavior of the enterprise.Based on this,by combining the characteristics of new energy enterprises,the impact of green technology innovation on the high-quality development of enterprises and the impact of internal control on the high-quality development of enterprises are clarified,and the joint impact mechanism among the three is studied and discussed,to help new energy enterprises further enhance the role of green technology innovation and internal control,so as to promote the high-quality development of enterprises.This paper first takes Longi Green Energy Technology Co.,Ltd as a typical case,and deduces the mechanism and conceptual model of green technology innovation and internal control on the high-quality development of new energy enterprises on the basis of the case.Subsequently,an empirical test model was established,and a series of empirical studies such as descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,regression analysis,adjustment effect test and robustness test were conducted on the relevant data of 33 new energy enterprises in the Yellow River Basin from 2016 to 2020 using Excel and Stata16.0statistical analysis software as the research samples to further test the mechanism hypothesis.Finally,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Green technology innovation can significantly improve the total factor productivity of enterprises,thus promoting the high-quality development of enterprises;(2)Internal control can significantly improve the total factor productivity of enterprises,thus promoting the high-quality development of enterprises;(3)Internal control plays a regulatory role in the process of action,that is,in enterprises with high level of green technology innovation,internal control plays a stronger governance effect.To a certain extent,this paper provides a new perspective for the research of green technology innovation and high-quality development of enterprises.It has certain reference value for optimizing the policies of new energy enterprises in the Yellow River Basin,and is conducive to promoting the development of new energy enterprises in the Yellow River Basin.
