| With the rapid development of computer technology,network technology and information technology,the construction of digital and green mine is the future trend and goal of all mine mining at present.Among them,3D visualization technology is an important means and window to realize digitization and information mining.With the help of 3D visualization technology,mining enterprises can have higher operation efficiency,more abundant information,more diverse expression techniques and data accuracy,and further improve the effectiveness,timeliness and resource utilization level of enterprise management,production and environmental protection.Visualization technology is applied to mine environmental governance planning,so that mine environmental governance planning has more forms of expression,more intuitive feeling.This paper mainly studies the 3D visualization technology,and develops a 3D visualization platform for mining area with Web GL-based Three.js as the model rendering engine,Javascript language as the programming basis and browser as the operating platform.To realize the display and interaction of the three-dimensional mine model,and through the simulation animation of mine reclamation to provide a certain reference for mine reclamation planning and environmental governance.The main research results are as follows:(1)Construction of theoretical framework of 3D visualization platform in mining area.This paper summarizes the research status of 3D visualization technology at home and abroad,and studies the theoretical basis of visualization technology.Combined with the development of digital mine and green mine,the important role of visualization technology in mine development is analyzed,and the overall work flow of platform development is designed,and the required theoretical technology is integrated.(2)Production of a three-dimensional model of the mining area and a three-dimensional animation of land reclamation.The unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)surveying and modeling technology is used to create a three-dimensional model of the mining surface,and the 3ds Max software is used to optimize the mining area’s three-dimensional model,achieving a fast and efficient modeling process.The land reclamation scene of the mine is constructed on the virtual reality creation platform Lumion,and a three-dimensional animation of land reclamation is produced using the software’s powerful video rendering function.(3)Development of a three-dimensional visualization platform for mining areas.Using Java Script as the development language,and combining HTML5 technology and DIV+CSS technology,we design and develop a web-based three-dimensional visualization platform for mining areas.The Three.js library is used as the rendering engine to import OBJ format three-dimensional models and complete the three-dimensional visualization of the mining surface.The main functions of the visualization platform include interactive operations such as zooming,rotating,and translating of three-dimensional models;simulation demonstrations of land reclamation in the mine;webpage-based information of mining area data;online preview and download of remote sensing images in the mining area;data charting and dynamic display in the mining area;route planning.(4)Cross platform testing.The local server is established on the computer through Node.js,and Google Chrome browser,Microsoft Edge browser and Apple Safari browser are tested on the Windows system and MAC OS system respectively for running the 3D visualization platform of the mining area.The test results show that the 3D visualization platform of the mining area has good cross platform performance,and the running effect is good with Google Chrome browser.The mining 3D visualization platform developed and produced by this project provides users with an intuitive and real mine real surface model display and mine reclamation animation simulation demonstration,and provides 3D visualization reference for the digital construction of other similar mines and mining areas. |
