Abstract/Summary:
With the proposal of "digital mine" and the rapid development of computer technology,mine digital construction has become the development trend of major mining enterprises.Among them,the three-dimensional mine model is the foundation of digital construction.Based on the three-dimensional model,the production of three-dimensional animation demonstration video to visually and conveniently show the mine construction and production situation will be an effective way for mining enterprises to strengthen external publicity,improve corporate image and help employees quickly get familiar with the mine.Taking the southern section of Daxin Manganese Mine as an example,based on 3DMine,3ds Max and Premiere Pro and other software,this paper studies the production of 3D animation demonstration video for the southern section of Daxin Manganese Mine with the application of 3D modeling technology,3D animation technology and video clip synthesis technology.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The three-dimensional models of the southern section of Daxin Manganese Mine are constructed.The field investigation of Daxin Manganese Mine was completed and the relevant information were collected.Based on CAD drawing data,3DMine software is used to construct the surface 3D model,ore-body 3D model,roadway 3D model and central goaf 3D model of Daxin Manganese Mine,and then these models are imported and integrated into 3ds Max software.(2)A 3D animation of mining method and other 3D animations are made.The 3D scenes of central auxiliary shaft platform and unloading ore chamber are constructed.Aiming at steeply inclined medium-thick ore-body in the central section,3ds Max software is used to make the 3D animation of the mining method of sublevel rock drilling and stage room stoping,as well as the advanced 3D animation of miners walking and mine car unloading ore.In addition,3D modeling technology,material mapping technology and lighting environment settings in 3ds Max are used to construct the 3D scenes of the central auxiliary shaft platform and unloading ore chamber.(3)The 3D animation demonstration video of the southern section of Daxin Manganese Mine is made.After the virtual camera is arranged in 3ds Max and the rendering parameters are set,the 3D models,3D scenes and 3D animations are rendered from the perspective of the virtual camera.At the same time,various related materials are collected by means of screen recording,text-to-speech,etc.By structuring the video content,Premiere Pro software and video clip synthesis technology are used to produce the material into a 3D animation demonstration video.
