Due to the change of mining conditions in the West second mining area of Longshou Mine,there is a complicated situation of co-mining with pillarless caving method(upper part)and cemented filling method(lower part).Real-time safety monitoring in the process of doublemethod collaborative mining in the west second mining area of Longshou Mine is the premise of efficient collaborative mining in the mining area under the double-method collaborative mining.Therefore,this paper takes Longshou Mine as the research object,establishes the safety monitoring data center of Longshou mine,realizes the automatic construction of data reports,studies the automatic three-dimensional modeling technology of mine shaft,surface,orebody and sensor,and conducts application research in microseismic monitoring and borehole stress monitoring.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Combined with the requirements of basic geological data and safety monitoring data visualization of Longshou Mine,a comprehensive data center for safety monitoring of Longshou Mine was established.According to the data storage characteristics of the security monitoring comprehensive data center to create a three-layer index,greatly improve the speed of data query,to solve the problem of large data query.In addition,ECharts technology is used to realize the automatic construction of data reports.(2)The Bentley-Ottmann algorithm was extended to three-dimensional space to realize the function of automatically obtaining 3D node unit information from disordered wire data of borehole and roadway.The breadth-first traversal method was used to construct the standardized network diagram of borehole and roadway,the basic three-dimensional model of borehole and roadway and the curved fork model were constructed by using the multi-source wireframe method,and the complex fork model of borehole and roadway,such as the intersection point,shaft and ramp,was processed by Boolean operation technology,and the three-dimensional automatic modeling of borehole and roadway was realized by splicing.The surface DEM data is acquired and processed,and the triangular mesh of the 3D surface model is obtained through the inverse distance interpolation algorithm and the point-by-point insertion algorithm.Texture mapping is used to fit the image with the triangular mesh,and finally the 3D surface model is automatically generated.Several ways of building 3D ore body model with contour lines are studied,and the method of successive connection with contour lines is used to automatically build 3D ore body model.This paper introduces the abstraction of sensors under different shapes,and realizes the automatic modeling of cylindrical sensors by using the circular thinning technique and the method of connecting frame.(3)Establish a safety early warning system for Longshou Mine,and apply automated 3D modeling technology in microseismic monitoring and borehole stress monitoring.In the microseismic monitoring,the "four-in-one" 3D model display and 3D visualization positioning of microseismic monitoring data are realized,and the automatic report construction function of microseismic monitoring data is realized.Through the analysis of microseismic data,the influence of mining without pillar caving is interpreted,and safety measures are taken in time.In the borehole stress safety monitoring,the 3D model of the Middle East mining area is displayed,and the borehole stress monitoring data is dynamically queried,automatic report is generated,and the monitoring data is centrally controlled and visualized.Through the realization of automatic 3D modeling technology of mine shaft,surface,orebody and sensor,and the application of automatic 3D modeling technology in safety monitoring is studied,the research results show that automatic 3D modeling technology is of great significance for mining safety monitoring and early warning.
