| Garbage is a major pollution source of the environment.With the rapid development of China’s economy 、 the improvement of people’s living standards and the continuous development of urban-rural integration process,the amount of urban household garbage is increasing day by day,which brings great pressure to the society,economy and environment.The implementation of household garbage classification policy can separate valuable resources from garbage and recycle these garbage,improve the utilization level of garbage resources,solve the problem of "garbage siege",so as to improve people’s living environment and achieve sustainable development.Under the guidance of collaborative governance theory and public goods theory,this paper investigates and analyzes the implementation status of household garbage classification policy in Yichun city by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,interviewing method and other methods.It is found that there are some problems in the implementation of household garbage classification policy in Yichun city,such as imperfect policy-related system,unclear division of responsibilities,weak supervision and assessment links,policy implementation personnel selectively implement and relevant main body supply power is limited etc.On the basis of drawing lessons from the successful experience of garbage classification management at home and abroad,This paper puts forward the following suggestions:establishing a dynamic policy regulation mechanism,improving oversight and assessment mechanisms,stepping up publicity and education efforts,and giving full play to the principal role of enterprises in social organizations etc.This paper provides some reference for improving the effectiveness of household garbage classification policy implementation in Yichun city and helping Yichun realize the work goal of "transforming the pilot city into a demonstration city". |
