Research On The Subject Behavior Of Rural Clean Heating Adopt Evolutionary Game

At present,the pilot work of clean heating in China has achieved remarkable results,and the smog in northern winter has been effectively alleviated.However,compared with the rapid development of urban clean heating,there are many shackles in the implementation of clean heating in rural areas.On the one hand,the policy of clean heating has unreasonable design,which ignores the regional resource endowment and economic affordability,resulting in the lack of gas source and the hidden danger of "re-ignition" of large quantities from bulk coal in the later stage.On the other hand,the policy is short of necessary flexibility in the process of implementation,which neglects the impact of audience behavior inertia and ideological constraints in rural areas,leading to deviations at the level of implementing policy and many livelihood issues.In view of the above problems,the thesis takes the behavior of participating in clean heating in village D as the research object,by virtue of grounded theory,so as to construct the model of influencing factor accompanied with rural clean heating subjects.The results show that situational factors,external conditions and internal driving have impact on the subject’s participation in rural clean heating work.Among them,situational factors play a key regulatory role in the stability of the overall system,and especially the economic subsidies about policy incentives are directly related to the subject’s action.Based on the screening of key factors affecting the subject’s participation in clean heating,the construction on behavior function of the subject’s participation in clean heating and the analysis on evolution and equilibrium point of the subject’s game behavior,the influence of parameter changes on its game equilibrium and evolution rate is explored through the simulation of its evolution path.The results show that the enthusiasm of participation can be mobilized by adjusting the key parameters of the subject’s participation in clean heating,so as to form a good situation of cooperative co-governance.Therefore,the thesis proposes to start with the situational factors to stimulate the external conditions and endogenous power of the subject participating in clean heating by improving the policy incentive mechanism,monitoring policy implementation and strengthening legal supervision,so as to form a good governance situation in which rural clean heating subject participates in the work collaboratively.
