With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China, the construction industry continues to vigorously develop, the construction area remains high, and the problem of dust pollution from construction is becoming more and more serious. At present, there are problems in the process of construction dust control, such as ineffective government supervision, brutal construction by constructors,one-size-fits-all dust control policy, which seriously affect the progress of construction dust control and bring great challenges to the improvement of urban ecological environment. Therefore,it is necessary to find a scientific and reasonable dust control path, put forward effective measures to solve the problem, and provide a theoretical basis for the construction dust control practice.Based on the above research purposes, the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Construction of a coordinated control system for building construction dust.In order to solve the problem of building construction dust control systematically and scientifically and improve the efficiency of building construction dust control,a multi-party cooperative dust control system including government, construction enterprises and the public was established based on the collaborative governance theory. The connotation of the collaborative governance of construction dust is defined, and the governance subject and evolution elements of the collaborative system are determined.(2)From the perspective of spatial clues,a multi-agent driving model of construction dust collaborative treatment was established.Through the collection of literature and interview data on the current situation of dust control in construction, based on the grounded theory, the three-level coding process of "open-spindle-core" was carried out to preliminarily obtain the driving factors of the collaborative governance system and put forward relevant question hypotheses.Based on the structural equation model, the hypothesis relationship is verified through the empirical analysis process such as questionnaire survey and data analysis. Finally, the driving mechanism of the collaborative governance system is clarified, and a driving model covering multi-body and multi-level collaborative governance of building construction dust is constructed.(3)From the perspective of time clues,a multi-party evolutionary game model for the collaborative governance of construction dust was established. The replicator dynamics and expected earnings of each evolutionary agent are constructed based on the evolutionary game, and the stability of the evolution process of the system is solved.Matlab is used to simulate the evolution process and the evolution results.By adjusting the initial parameters continuously, the influences of different initial conditions on the evolution results are compared, and the influencing factors affecting the evolution process of the main body of the game are analyzed. The stability of the game system could be improved and the optimal evolution strategy can be achieved by adjusting these factors.(4)Suggestions for collaborative management of construction dust based on multi-dimensional realization paths. In order to improve the efficiency and synergy of construction dust control, based on the results of the collaborative governance multi-agent driving model and evolutionary game model, from the perspective of space and time clues,a multi-party coordinated control strategy for construction dust was proposed, formed in the multi-dimensional practice path advice. It provides a reference basis for improving the environmental control policies and the efficiency of dust control.
