With the increasing demand for mineral resources,mining construction enterprises are gradually advancing into mining areas with harsh environment such as high altitude and high cold.The opencast mine in plateau and high cold region has high altitude,low temperature,big temperature difference between day and night,which makes mining difficult.There are many dangerous factors in the mining process,and the construction safety problem is more prominent.In order to study the unsafe factors existing in the construction process of plateau alpine open-pit mine and the overall construction safety situation of mining area,this paper evaluates the safety level of open-pit mine in plateau alpine alpine area and puts forward improvement measures,so as to improve the safety management level of mining construction enterprises.Firstly,this paper studies the related concepts and basic theories of safety,safety management,safety evaluation theories and methods,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current evaluation methods and models in detail,and combines the characteristics of mine safety management to establish an evaluation idea of determining the composite weight of evaluation indicators through the main-objective method and combining the fuzzy mathematics principle to conduct comprehensive safety evaluation.In other words,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP-entropy weight method is established.The advantage of this model is the combination of subjective and objective index weights,and the fuzzy evaluation is more consistent with the characteristics of mine production process.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the construction of high-cold plateau mines,combined with the site investigation of Jiama mining area in Tibet and Yulong Mining area in Tibet,through the research and analysis of construction personnel,construction machinery,blasting technology and technology,construction organization and management,nature and geology of construction and other factors,the whole chain and link of the entire production system and production process are investigated.The construction safety of plateau and high cold open-pit mine is studied from nine aspects,including environment,organization and management,production auxiliary facilities,construction preparation,drilling,charging,blasting,shoveling and drainage,and a preliminary evaluation index system of mine safety is established.Then,experts interview and questionnaire survey analysis are carried out to optimize and refine the mine safety evaluation indexes.Finally,a three-level index system for the safety evaluation of plateau and high cold open-pit mines is constructed.The system includes 9 criterion layers,21 sub-criterion layers and 71 index layers.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the weight of the safety evaluation index of Yulong Mining area in Xizang Province.By constructing a hierarchical model,the data in the questionnaire is converted into a judgment matrix,and the subjective weight of the safety evaluation index is calculated.Twenty experts were invited to evaluate the safety influence degree of all levels of safety evaluation indexes in the operation process of Yulong Mining area in Xizang Province,and the objective weights of safety evaluation indexes were calculated by entropy weight method.Combining subjective and objective weights provides a basis for the composite weight set of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Yulong mining area in Xizang Province is carried out,combined with the expert scoring method to comprehensively evaluate the safety level of mine construction,and the evaluation results are obtained,and the improvement countermeasures are proposed for the safety evaluation index with low safety grade.The results show that the overall safety level of Yulong Mine in Xizang Province is good,and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the site situation.According to the evaluation results at all levels,specific safety management measures are proposed for the weak links,so as to facilitate further improvement of the safety level.This paper has reference significance for the study on the construction safety evaluation of plateau high cold open-pit mine,and has practical significance for improving the level of construction safety management of plateau high cold open-pit mine. |
