Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun,as a plant resource with a variety of excellent functional activities, has received extensive attention for its medicinal value. However, the common problems such as metabolic inactivation of flavonoids in the process of processing and storage of Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun have become the key bottlenecks affecting the industrial development of Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun. This paper provides technical support for making full use of this plant resource through the analysis of chemical constituents in leaves and branches of Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between the chemical constituents and biological activities of the extracts of Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun in different storage years(ST2,ST4,ST6,ST8).This paper based on non-targeted metabolomics methods, combined with multivariate statistical methods(PCA,OPLS-DA,HCA)to reveal the flavonoid metabolism pathway of Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun. The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The research on chemical composition found that the leaf tissue of Lithocarpus Litseifolius(Hance)Chun is stronger than the branch tissue in terms of nutrients and functional substances, and it is a more ideal development and utilization part.(2)ST2,ST4,ST6 and ST8 all had certain antioxidant and antibacterial activities in vitro, and had strong inhibition on G~+,but weak inhibition on G~-and fungi. In addition, the plants ST2 and ST4 with short storage period had strongerα-glucosidase inhibition.Pearson correlation test confirmed that the content of total flavonoids and phenols had a synergistic effect on the functional activity of Lithocarpus Litseifolius(Hance)Chun.(3)UHPLC QTOF-MS combined with multivariate statistical analysis screened and identified a total of 26 different substances of Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun which affected the storage metabolism, including flavonoids, phenols, amino acids, organic acids,carbohydrates,etc.(4)The differential metabolites between tea samples were analyzed by channel enrichment combined with the KEGG pathway database.Flavonoid biosynthesis, flavonoid and flavonol biosynthesis were metabolic pathways with significant differences among ST2,ST4,ST6,and ST8. |
