| When the ball screw pair rotates at high speed,the high frequency impact of the ball will cause fatigue damage to the raceway of the reverser,and then the performance of the reverser will change.In order to run and test the performance of reverser,the following studies are carried out in this paper:A test device was designed for the performance of ball screw reverser.The device can carry out high-speed running-in test of ball screw reverser,and measure the friction torque signal and vibration signal generated during the operation of the reverser.The device can test 9 screws of 3 different types at the same time,greatly improving the efficiency of the test.The test bench realizes the requirements of convenient disassembly and precision.The vibration signal is optimized,the wavelet packet method is used to filter,and the empirical mode decomposition is used to process the vibration signal.The ball-pass frequency and its corresponding amplitude can be obtained,and the ball-pass frequency and its amplitude are used as the detection standard of the performance change of the reverser.The influencing factors of vibration signal acquisition are given by contrast test,and the standard flow of vibration signal acquisition by test bench is given.Analyze the vibration data in time domain and frequency domain,and take the initial vibration characteristics of the inverter as the standard to characterize the performance of the inverter,then the reverser running-in test,the reverser vibration characteristic curves are drawn,The ratio of the damage to the initial vibration characteristic of the reverser is taken as the standard to characterize the performance of the reverser.Finally,an example is used to verify the reliability of the standard presented. |
