Research On Production Business Process Optimization Of C Company

With the rapid development of social economy,the market competition of manufacturing enterprises has become extremely fierce.Compared with the developed countries,the overall management level of the manufacturing industry in China is on the low side,which has a great impact on the development of our manufacturing industry.If manufacturing enterprises want to achieve high-quality development,on the one hand,they must constantly reform and innovate to meet the needs of the market,on the other hand,they must pay close attention to reducing costs,as well as improving quality and production efficiency.Lean production theory can help enterprises to achieve the above goals,so it is concerned by many manufacturing enterprises and has been applied in enterprise management.On the basis of consulting the relevant literature and reviewing the relevant theories of lean production,the paper first collects first-hand data by means of on-the-spot investigation,in-depth interview and questionnaire survey.And then,this paper analyzes the current operation situation of the production process of Company C,and finds out the problems existing in the operation process,including the poor balance of the company’s production line,the low stability of product quality,the time-consuming and labor-consuming inventory management,and the confusion of production site management.Then it is analyzed that the main causes of the problems include serious waste of bottleneck process,product quality affected by a variety of factors,lack of information in inventory management,and lack of awareness of 6S on-site management.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the company’s production business process,combined with the optimization objectives,the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme and its implementation safeguard measures,so as to maximize the production and operation efficiency of Company C.The exploration of this paper can not only further improve the operational efficiency of Company C,but also provide reference for other manufacturing enterprises.
