| Nitrocellulose(NC)is a energetic cellulose nitrate ester,widely used in the military and civilian fields.The molecular structure of cotton nitrate contains a large number of nitrate group with negative electron,which makes the nitrate group easy to break at O-NO2 to generate nitrogen oxides,producing the autocatalytic thermal decomposition effect of heat release.On the one hand,the energy decline of NC containing energy-containing materials,on the other hand,heat accumulation may cause combustion and explosion accidents,which seriously affects the storage safety and service life.Compared with military nitrification cotton,industrial nitrate has low nitrogen content,but no fine break,and high acidity,which further aggravates the autocatalytic effect and frequent accidents,so it is important to study the stability improvement method of industrial nitrification cotton.The addition of the stability agent is an effective way to improve the stab ility of nitrocellulose.Traditional diazeptors,such as dipheniline(DPA),dimethyl diphenylurea(C2),interdiphenol(RES),p-nitroaniline(MENA),are a series of anilines or phenols that are listed as serious pollutants by the EU and cannot meet the requirements of the current green development situation.Based on the mechanism of amine nitrogen oxide absorption and the mechanism of nitrogen oxide absorption of natural product phenol,a series of amides and potential non-toxic natural phenol dialiers were screened through methyl violet experiments,and methyl purple discoloration time indicates that oleamide(Oleamide)is one of the best green diazepers.Through isothermal weight(TGA)experiment;study the thermal decomposition dynamics by differential scanning(DSC);adiabatic acceleration(ARC)experiment to study the thermal decomposition under adiabatic conditions;and TGA/DSC-IR spectrum(gas products in FTIR).The results showed that Oleamide diazepam was better than C2 and lower than DPA.The apparent activation energy of NC/Oleamide is higher than NC and NC/C2 and lower than NC/DPA,and NC/Oleamide and NC/DPA follow the mechanistic function differential form of f(α)=1.5(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]1/3,the NC/C2 follows the f(α)=6(1-α)2/3[1-(1-α)1/3]1/2,The higher the sample activation energy,the better the stability.The mechanism of action of Oleamide and other dialiers is through absorption,reducing NO2 concentration,reducing autocatalytic effect,while increasing the activation energy of sample thermal decomposition reaction and improving dialiam. |
