Our country is a large agricultural country,and also is a big country on the production of pesticides and the use of power.Pesticide safety and environmental protection is the focus of research in recent years.For the control of pests,weeds,diseases,etc.,generally have a variety of ways and means.But in the process of prevention and treatment,and the use of pesticides sometimes is necessary.In the new era and the new face of current events,we have a new awareness and understanding of the pesticide,but also new requirements for pesticides was required,which also means pesticides would like to be new environment-friendly,high efficiency and low toxic.With the development of science and technology and agriculture career advancement,people increasingly pay attention to environmental protection,so screening of a new green agriculture imperative warm mist formulations is imperative.The object of the experiment in a warm mist formulations for use on agricultural extension,aiming at screening a new oil which can replace the original hot fogging stabilizer smokes,plant oil source for the screening of the goal,with condensation nuclei,such as emulsifiers the best ratio of additives,the condensed nuclear materials could find,stable oil suspension of surfactant,and then tested for stability,stability tests conducted at a temperature of 0-30?,and then with different formulations goods pesticides compatibility testing,and pesticide product compatibility testing process,the use of an emulsifier complex approach to the different forms of commercial pesticides were optimized.Then compare the results of the screening of storage stability.The main results are as follows:1.The screening test focuses on a kind of vegetable or mineral oil as a thermal fog Smokes stabilizer selected epoxy soybean oil,paraffin oil300 #,paraffin oil500 #,sunflower oil,oleic acid methyl ester,epoxy fatty acid methyl ester,ND-45,edible corn oil,rapeseed oil,sesame oil,peanut oil,olive oil,camellia oil and the condensation nucleus GT-1RI,MV2,GT-1ll,GT-1SL,TP-3,HI-1RQ,HI-rin mixed system stability test,the ratio as a percentage by mass,wherein the condensation nuclei component set at 3%,the rest is oil,the test found that HI-1RQ,GT-1RI,GT-1LL # 300 paraffin oil in stability,compatibility,and showed good flowability.2.Screened out paraffin oil300# emulsifier fusion,the first screening of single emulsifying agent,the ratio of mass percent,the emulsifier component of 10 percent,the remainder being paraffin oil,electronic constant speed mixer after stirring for 72 hours standing,single-dose trials emulsifier TX-9,TX-10,AC-1203,600 DO # 300 paraffin oil in stability,compatibility and better performance in terms of liquidity.3.Single pesticide emulsifier can only part with the oil suspension mixed stable after complex can greatly improve the stability and pesticide mixed.So then by the screening effect of emulsifying agent is preferably a single compound,selected a group of the best emulsifier ratio.Emulsifiers according to a single dose of a mass percentage: 1 ratio of paraffin oil compatible # 300,set at 10% emulsifier component,and then mixing the solution with a commercial pesticides basis of mass percent: 3 proportions,time setting 30 minutes,the results showed that a combination of AC-1203 and 600 DO with TX-9 TX-10 with a combination of commercial pesticides compatibility performed better.4.Complex optimization results,the proportion of new stabilizers,commercial pesticides,water to 1: 3: 6,test the stability of the mixed system,were gradually optimize the complex of cases,the use of an emulsifier complex Horsfall ratio method selected the best ratio of emulsifiers,emulsifier results for AC-1203 and 600 DO ratio is 2: 8:00,TX-9 and TX-10 ratio is 4: 6:00 compatibility with commercial pesticides emulsifying effect and have performed better.5.The test used three different condensation nuclei HI-1RQ,GT-1RI,GT-1LL compare with paraffin oil300# and emulsifier combination [AC-1203,600DO(2: 8)and TX-9,TX-10(4: 6)],where condensation nuclei content 3%,the emulsifier content of 10% remainder paraffin oil,stability testing at room temperature,the test set 3 days,7 days,15 days,30 days,90 days of observation storage stability at the same time conditions are relatively stable,showed three different condensation nuclei warm mist stabilizer within 30 days stability can be controlled within 3%,but in 90 days after the observation of condensation nuclei HI-1RQ and AC-1203,600 DO ratio of 2: 8 best storage effect,the test six months after the observed stability is still controlled within 3%.6.Determine the new hot fogging stabilizer formula after the Wujiabao heat storage,cold storage and other comparative stability tests on new heat stabilizer fog and Wujiabao comparing test storage stability under different temperature conditions set the temperature 0 ?,10 ?,20 ?,at 30 ?were set storage time of 3 days,15 days,30 days,90 days,120 days,the trial showed that in 90 days the Wujiabao have gelatinous precipitates,while the new hot fogging stabilizer remained good stability,the new hot fogging stabilizer has better storage stability.
