Hydrogels have been widely used in biomedicine,environmental protection,and intelligent materials because of its unique properties.As an important organ of the human body,effective protection of the skin during trauma is very important.Traditional dressings have some shortcomings in protecting and promoting wound recovery.Ideal wound dressings should have adhesion,adsorb wound secretions,provide a moist environment for the wound,and have good antibacterial properties.In this paper,the biodegradable natural polysaccharide material was used to prepare the hydrogel with good biocompatibility and antibacterial properties by a simple method,which solved the drawbacks of traditional dressings in inherent antibacterial,wound protection and biocompatibility.Focusing on this idea,this paper selects CS as the matrix,pectin and branched PEI as the cross-linking agent,designed and prepared two natural polysaccharide composite hydrogels,and systematically studied the gelation time,internal morphology,swelling performance,water retention performance,rheological performance,cytotoxicity and antibacterial performance of natural polysaccharide hydrogels.The main contents are as follows:(1)Water soluble chitosan derivative carboxyethyl chitosan(CEC)and oxidized pectin(OP)were crosslinked by dynamic Schiff base bond and hydrogen bond to prepare a series of CEC/OP hydrogels with degradability,pH response,biocompatibility,and self-healing properties.CEC/OP hydrogel has the ability to rapid gel.There is a continuous and stable three-dimensional space network structure inside,and it has good swelling performance and a certain water retention capacity.The hydrogel has a swelling rate of 1035% when CEC: OP is 3:5,and the hydrogel has an antibacterial efficiency of more than 96% against S.aureus and E.coli when CEC: OP is 4:9.It is expected to be used in the field of biomedicine.(2)A series of CEC/OP/PEI hydrogels with degradability,pH responsiveness,and biocompatibility were prepared by introducing cationic polymer PEI into the natural polysaccharide hydrogel system.CEC/OP/PEI hydrogel can quickly gel,and there is a more compact and stable three-dimensional space network structure inside,which has more excellent swelling performance,water retention ability,mechanical performance,self-healing ability,and antibacterial performance.When the PEI content is 30 μL,the hydrogel has a swelling rate of 1550%,which is good for S.aureus and E.coli has an antibacterial efficiency of more than 98% and has a significant effect in the treatment of bacterially infected wounds.The hydrogel can adhere to different surfaces and cooperate with joint movement without damage and falling off,which is expected to be used in the field of wound dressings.
