As a new type of metal material welding process,explosive welding technology has been widely used in the composite processing of metal materials.Unlike other traditional welding processes,explosive welding has a good explosive composite effect and can effectively reduce the waste of rare metal materials,which can save costs.However,due to the role of explosives in explosive welding,it is difficult to observe the explosive composite process,In order to better study the influence of various process parameters on the quality of explosive welded composite plates,more and more attention has been paid to the numerical simulation of explosive welding in recent years.In order to better guide the actual production of explosion welding of titanium stainless steel,the calculation model of three-dimensional explosion welding is established by using ANSYS / LS-DYNA nonlinear finite element software and LS Prepost software and sph-fem coupling algorithm.TA1 is selected as the clad plate and 304 stainless steel is selected as the base plate.The three-dimensional numerical simulation of the explosive welding process is carried out,and the explosive welding window of the composite plate is calculated.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the sph-fem coupling algorithm in explosive welding.The results of analyzing the displacement,velocity and pressure time curves of characteristic elements output by the post processor of LS-DYNA software show that the quality of explosive welded composite plates is better.It is proved that the numerical simulation can effectively guide the selection of explosive welding parameters.In order to study the influence of the charge amount on the explosive welding quality of T2 / Q235 clad plate,and thus better guide the production of explosive welding clad plate in real life,T2 is selected as the clad plate and Q235 is selected as the substrate,and three-dimensional and two-dimensional modeling are carried out respectively.The velocity change curve and pressure distribution curve during explosive welding are derived through post-processing software.Observe and analyze the interface waveform,compare and analyze the differences of various values under three different mass ratios,i.e.R is 0.8,1.0 and 1.5,and obtain the effect of charge amount on the explosive welding quality of T2 / Q235 composite plate.The numerical simulation results are verified by the theory of the lower limit rule of charge thickness.The results show that with the gradual increase of the charge,the speed of the clad plate increases gradually,and the plastic strain of the bonding surface of the clad plate increases,which is more conducive to the bonding quality of explosive welding.However,if the charge is too large,the pressure will be too large,which will be unfavorable to the results of explosive welding.The numerical simulation results are verified by the theory of the lower limit rule of charge thickness,In order to study the difference in bonding strength of composite plates caused by different gaps between base clad plates and better guide the actual production of explosion welding of stainless steel and carbon steel,SUS304 stainless steel was selected as clad plate and Q345 R carbon steel as substrate by using LS-DYNA software and sph-fem coupling method,and the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the composite process of explosion welding was carried out under three different gaps of 6 / 8 / 10 mm.The explosive welding window of composite plate is calculated and established.The numerical simulation results are verified by the theory of the upper limit rule of spacing.The research results show that the simulation results are similar to the experimental results.The collision velocity of the composite plates in the three groups of simulation results is within the explosive welding window,which indicates that the bonding quality of the three groups of composite plates is better.When the distance between the substrate and the clad plate gradually increases,the bonding interface wavelength increases first and then decreases,and the wavelength is the largest when the distance is 8mm.At this time,the shear strength of the clad plate is higher than the other two groups of experiments,and the quality of explosive welding is better.Fig.ure [25],Table [16],Reference [103]...
