The explosive welding is an efficient new technology which includingcarries on a welding of metals and produces the compound materials. It is animportant development of produce the compound materials with its uniqueadvantages. The explosive welding is lower cost, simple, excellent performanceand retains their respective outstanding performance of composites board.Explosive welding of hard and brittle metal with carbon steel can expandthe application of hard and brittle steels, it also provides a new method toimprove the wear resistance of metals. The explosion welding process parameters of T10-Q235,3Cr13-Q235arecalculated by existing theories, taking into account high hardness and lowimpact resistance, we choice the lower dynamite and the gap between the plates.Select a series of different experimental parameters to simulate compositeprocess of explosion welding by large finite element software LS-DYNA,obtained the dynamite high is30mm and spacing is5mm or6mm when the thickof T10is6mm and the dynamite high is18mm and spacing is3mm when thethick of3Cr13is3mm, the interface combined with a higher rate.We can apprehend the deformation of explosion welding on base ofexperimental study better. Explosive welding wavy interface is base on theWavy of blast loading, the different deformation forms whirlpool in the peaksand troughs, and formed melting block in the detonation of the high temperature; We can conclude that there is diffusion in the transition layer by SEM scanningelectron microscopy analysis. In other words, explosive welding includes of thecharacteristics of pressure welding, fusion welding and diffusion welding, it is a"trinity" welding. It shows that the ratio of the amplitude and wavelength of the bindingregion between0.260~0.314(0.281is most stable) which can prove thatT10-Q235,3Cr13-Q235explosive welding has been a good combination, whilealso prove that the process parameters selected reasonable.
