| China is the world’s leading coal producer and consumer with rich coal resources and large mining volume.However,with the increase of coal mining intensity,the production dust,toxic and harmful gases produced in the operation process make the underground air pollution problem increasingly serious,which seriously threatens the health of more than 2 million coal miners in China.Underground air quality monitoring and evaluation is a very important part of the coal mine safety production process,which is of great significance to effectively control and improve the underground air quality,and ensure the safety of coal mine production and the health of employees.At present,the underground air quality monitoring is still in its infancy in the mining industry,and there is no perfect standard for the underground air quality evaluation system.To solve this problem,this paper puts forward an air quality evaluation model suitable for underground,and develops the first set of online monitoring and evaluation system for underground air quality.The details are as follows:In order to define the monitoring parameters of the on-line monitoring system for underground air quality.This paper investigates the components and pollutant sources in the underground air,analyzes the harm of each component to the human body,and considers the impact of temperature,humidity and wind speed on the human body.The final selected monitoring parameters include oxygen,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,nitric oxide,nitrogen dioxide,methane,respiratory dust,total dust,temperature,humidity and wind speed.Among them,the monitoring of carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,nitric oxide and other toxic and harmful substances is used to evaluate the underground air quality;The monitoring of wind speed,temperature and humidity is used to evaluate the thermal environment and human comfort of the mine;The monitoring of oxygen and methane is used to ensure the safe production of coal mines.In order to obtain the evaluation system of underground air quality suitable for the underground.In this paper,the comprehensive evaluation index of underground air quality is determined by studying the surface air quality evaluation index and combining the actual air situation of Hongliulin mine,and the underground air quality standard is established by referring to the relevant contents in the Ambient Air Quality Standard,Occupational Health Standard and Coal Mine Safety Regulations,and the underground air quality evaluation model-Underground Air Quality Index(UAQI)model applicable to the underground environment is created.At the same time,LSTM model is used to predict and warn the underground air quality.Finally,the actual data of Hongliulin Mine is used for evaluation and early warning,and the air pollution situation,air quality grade,primary pollutants and excessive pollutants in the corresponding area are obtained,so as to achieve the purpose of real-time evaluation and zoning management.Finally,a set of perfect underground air quality monitoring system is designed.The system is mainly divided into underground and surface parts.The underground part is mainly composed of various sensors,intrinsically safe air quality monitoring substation for mining,intrinsically safe switch for mining,explosion-proof and intrinsically safe power supply for mining and battery power supply.The ground is mainly composed of mine intrinsic safety switch and upper computer.The monitoring system collects multiple factors of the underground environment through multi-sensor technology,transmits the data to the underground substation through the serial data bus,and then transmits the data to the underground ring network switch.The underground substation and the ring network switch use the serial network port dual communication technology to establish a set of underground monitoring system LAN.The upper computer can complete storage,display,query,analysis and other functions through the data in the LAN.The underground air quality evaluation method proposed in this paper can provide reference for underground air pollution control.The monitoring system can monitor the air quality in the key underground space,provide real-time data for air quality evaluation and intelligent early warning,provide technical support for the occupational health protection of underground workers,and promote the implementation of occupational health and safety laws and regulations.Fig [64] Table[19] Reference [83]... |
