The blowout development of economy has indeed led to the improvement of people's living standards,but the environmental problems caused by the development are increasingly prominent.Among them,land pollution and marine pollution have to be worried.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the water environment to reflect the water quality and serve the statistics and release of water quality information.It provides a scientific basis for the control of water pollution and the treatment of water environment.However,traditional man-made on-site water quality testing is subject to complex working environment and low operating efficiency.Not only does it have a high risk factor for practitioners,but also faces problems such as poor real-time performance and limited monitoring of water areas.Automated water quality monitoring using the unmanned surface vehicles can greatly improve efficiency and expand the monitoring area.This paper analyzes the working characteristics of the unmanned surface vehicles in the status quo of water quality monitoring.It has designed sensor protection and retractable devices and a complete water quality monitoring system on the unmanned surface vehicles,in order to obtain real-time and efficient water environment monitoring methods.The specific work includes:Firstly,this paper gives a brief overview of the research status of water quality detection testing at home and abroad.It also points out the domestic development gaps and deficiencies.At the same time,it makes relevant research on the development of the existing water quality monitoring system,clarifies the current shortcomings and improvements.And it points out that in the new era,the application of new technologies in monitoring systems.Secondly,this article has designed the shipboard system.The wireless transmission module is selected and debugged in order to ensure the safety and reliability of remote information transmission.Facing the characteristics of actual the unmanned surface vehicle and sensors,the sensor integrated device was designed.It completes the establishment of model,material selection and finite element analysis to meet the requirements of economy and reliability analysis.This paper designs the system of sensor integrated device and draws the schematic diagram of mechanical device with ADAMS.Next,this paper uses LabVIEW virtual instrument to compile the upper computer and design a new water quality monitoring system.The system includes the following major modules: login module,communication module,data processing module and interface optimization module.The water quality monitoring system is a central system,which controls the sensor integrated control system,and displays the monitoring data in a controllable human interaction interface.The system realizes the data processing and storage.It adopts LabVIEW Web server technology to achieve transparent two-way remote transmission of data.Researchers can monitor field data information and consult historical data in real-time in the front panel of local PC VI or web browser of remote PC.Finally,this article is based on the STM32F103ZET6 microprocessor,and adopts the modular design concept to design the control system of the sensor integrated device,including data exchange module,the sensor integrated device receiving and releasing module,and sensor information acquisition module.The software design is based on keil5 software to program the function of each module.Finally,the hardware and software are combined to debug the system.
