| As the main body of the national economy,’ Made in China 2025 ’ proposes to take the digitization of manufacturing industry as the direction of the transformation and upgrading of China ’s manufacturing enterprises.Gear is the core basic component in the equipment manufacturing industry,which is widely used in various fields of national defense and industry.As an efficient cutting tool for gears,the manufacturing level of hob directly affects the machining quality of gears.At present,the data of domestic disc cutter manufacturing enterprises are mostly managed by paper media such as drawings and documents or in the form of independent electronic drawings in various departments.There are many defects such as manual intervention,poor data transmission accuracy,low data interaction efficiency,lack of inheritance,and poor data communication between departments.It is impossible to use big data to improve the disc cutter manufacturing level.At the same time,there are data interaction confusion,interaction barriers and data barriers in the industry,and technical communication and data sharing cannot be achieved among enterprises.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the data of hob manufacturing process as the research object,realizes the data intelligent connection in hob manufacturing,and establishes the data sharing and interaction system of enterprise hob manufacturing process.The specific work is as follows:(1)The hob data interaction format is constructed.Taking the data of each stage of hob manufacturing as the research object,the hob data module is divided from the whole stage of order,design,processing,testing,application and scrapping.The XML specification is used to establish the organizational structure of the data module in the file.By using this format,the data interaction barriers between different devices during hob processing can be eliminated,the interconnection of data across departments and industries can be realized,and the problem of data interaction confusion can be solved.(2)The hob data sharing and interaction system database is established.Analyze the relationship between the data in each stage of the hob manufacturing process,and use the SQL_Server database management system to establish the hob data sharing and interaction system database.The establishment of the database eliminates the defects of the traditional data management methods of hob enterprises,realizes the centralized and unified management of the whole process data of hob manufacturing,makes the digital manufacturing of hob based on big data possible,and promotes the digitization process of hob enterprises.(3)The hob data sharing and interaction system design is completed.Using QT language,the interface and function of hob data sharing and interaction system are developed,and the functions of adding,checking,deleting and modifying the data of hob manufacturing process are realized.Based on XML file,the data interaction interface between terminal equipment and system is constructed.The design and implementation of network transmission function module between departments,processing equipment,testing equipment and system are completed,which promotes fast,safe and reliable data interaction between various business systems in hob enterprises.(4)The design of hob quality traceability function is realized.Based on big data,the design process,production process,quality influencing factors and batch quality traceability of disc cutters are realized,the root causes of unqualified disc cutters are analyzed,and the technical accumulation of disc cutter manufacturing process is realized.The realization of disc cutter traceability function provides a feasible scheme for big data mining in manufacturing industry,and solves the problems of difficult quality traceability and long traceability period in disc cutter manufacturing enterprises.The overall solution of hob standardized data interaction constructed in this paper is of great significance to improve the efficiency of hob industry collaboration and reduce production costs.The designed hob data sharing and interaction system solves the problem of data intelligent interconnection between departments and manufacturing equipment in manufacturing enterprises,helps enterprises to introduce big data technology to improve the level of hob manufacturing and accelerate the digital transformation of manufacturing industry... |
