Research On Social Responsibility Fulfillment Of Environmental Protection State-owned Enterprises

State owned enterprises are an important material and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and they must fulfill their social responsibilities.At the same time,the degree and requirements of fulfilling their social responsibilities differ from other types of enterprises.With the continuous development of the social economy,the requirements of society for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities are constantly increasing.Especially for environmental protection state-owned enterprises,they should focus on the new value target range,implement social responsibility strategy updates,continuously explore and improve the management mode of enterprises fulfilling social responsibility,and better serve the national ecological civilization construction.This article mainly adopts literature research method,case study method,interview research method,and questionnaire survey method.Firstly,based on the existing research on corporate social responsibility,using theories such as stakeholders and public governance,this article conducts research and analysis on the social responsibility performance of Guangdong H Group,a provincial environmental protection enterprise,in response to national strategies,supporting industrial development,and protecting the ecological environment The basic situation of fulfilling social responsibilities in promoting community development and serving people’s well-being includes assisting local economy,serving regional development,ensuring the safety of state-owned assets,strengthening and expanding the development of environmental protection industry,assisting environmental governance,adhering to environmental protection concepts,strengthening environmental protection,participating in epidemic prevention and control,enthusiastic about social welfare,safeguarding people’s well-being,assisting in poverty alleviation,assisting in rural revitalization,and lighting up employees’ dreams.Secondly,in response to the insufficient efforts of the enterprise in coordinating ecological governance in response to national strategies in fulfilling its social responsibilities,the insufficient leadership of the enterprise’s environmental protection industry in supporting industrial development,the need to improve the enterprise’s environmental protection ability in safeguarding the ecological environment,the insufficient government support and guidance in promoting community development,and the need for a better external environment in serving people’s well-being,among other issues,And analyze the reasons for the above problems.Finally,in response to the problems faced by Guangdong H Group,a state-owned enterprise in the field of environmental protection,in fulfilling its social responsibility,a proactive service strategy for national development has been proposed from five aspects: responding to national strategies,supporting industrial development,safeguarding the ecological environment,promoting community development,and serving people’s well-being.The government and enterprises work together to promote the development of the environmental protection industry and improve the level of ecological environment protection capabilities.The government provides strong support for enterprises to fulfill their responsibilities,We hope to provide useful experience and work ideas for Guangdong H Group and other environmental protection state-owned enterprises with similar problems to better fulfill their social responsibilities in the new era,in order to create a favorable environment for enterprises to fulfill their responsibilities.
