In recent years,with the sustained and stable growth of social economy,the environmental carrying capacity of offshore areas of our country gradually tends to saturation,and the quality of ecological environment is declining.Natural disasters happen from time to time.According to the Marine Environment Quality Bulletin of Hebei Province in 2021,the red tide disaster occurred in the waters near the port of Huanghua City,Bohai New Area from October 13 to October 31,2021,covering an area of 410 square kilometers within the jurisdiction of our province.Red tide disaster will seriously affect the Marine ecosystem and bring certain obstacles to the development of Marine economy.The protection of Marine resources and environment in our province is facing unprecedented challenges.Chlorophyll a concentration parameter is an important index for remote sensing monitoring of Marine red tide disaster.However,domestic Marine satellite chlorophyll concentration products have little coverage and low accuracy in offshore waters,and foreign satellite data are difficult to obtain,so it is difficult to improve the precision of red tide monitoring and warning in offshore waters.In order to solve this problem,this thesis intends to integrate the multi-source remote sensing satellite data of Haiyang 1 and Fengyun3 domestic satellites to study the inversion method of chlorophyll a concentration.After feature extraction and correlation analysis of multi-band data,the optimal band of chlorophyll a concentration inversion was determined,the chlorophyll a concentration inversion model based on relative reflection height(RRH)was successfully constructed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The relative error of RRH inversion model is only 25.2%,which is 130.17%lower than that of chlorophyll a concentration product of remote sensing satellite.(2)We verified the red tide disaster near Huanghua,Bohai New Area on October 13,2021 by using RRH inversion model,and successfully monitored the outbreak of red tide disaster.The application results show that the RRH inversion model has higher monitoring accuracy than the remote sensing satellite chlorophyll a concentration product,and the scope of red tide disaster is more accurate,which proves that the RRH inversion model has the application value of popularization in the offshore waters of Hebei Province.This study is of great significance and value for constructing chlorophyll a concentration inversion model of multi-source domestic satellites,popularizing domestic satellites and Marine ecological disaster monitoring.It is helpful to strengthen the technological innovation and development in the field of multi-source domestic remote sensing satellites,and comprehensively enhance China’s position and influence in the field of international Marine remote sensing.
