Modern CNC machine tool is a kind of high-tech machinery and equipment integrating machine,electricity,liquid and gas,and its use is very wide.China has now shifted from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power,of which CNC machine tools are the core of machinery manufacturing.With the rapid development of industrial production,the processing accuracy of machine tools is also increasing,and the technical research on its dynamic and static performance is becoming more and more urgent.Firstly,the joint surface of machine tool related to the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine structure directly.Identifying the dynamic characteristics parameters of the joint surface is the key to improving the performance of the whole machine and shortening the development cycle.According to the characteristics of machine tool components with concentrated parameters in the process of connection,a test identification method based on discrete component analysis theory is proposed.For 2014 b CNC inclined bed machining center to achieve the whole machine joint surface stiffness and damping parameters testing.In this paper,the proposed test method of machine tool bonding surface parameters is different from the traditional bonding surface parameters identification in which components are test individually in pairs.The whole machine is test on site,which can reflect the real time joint surface parameters during the service life of the machine.Secondly,based on the proposed method of identifying the parameters of the joint surface,the dynamic and static performance of the machine tool is analyze by using the finite element software Hypermesh and ANSYS Workbench with the CK6150 B CNC lathe as the research object.Then,the topology optimization of the lathe bed structure is carry out by using Opti Struct module in the finite element software Hyper Works,with the minimum flexibility of the bed structure as the objective function and the volume of the design range as the constraint condition.After getting the irregular model of the optimized bed topology,the irregular bed model redesigned and the optimized design of the bed is obtain by using the 3D software Pro/E.The optimized horizontal lathe machine model is analyze again by finite element software for static and dynamic performance,and compared with the optimized bed to verify the feasibility of the optimized bed.Finally,the bed is a basic part of the machine tool,it is use as a spindle box,tool holder and other components to provide support,but also by the cutting force load,which can cause vibration of the bed and seriously affect the machining accuracy.In recent years,highly damped resin-mineral composite materials have been studied and applied to the manufacture of machine beds.This research can reduce the vibration amplitude of the bed and improve the machining accuracy of the machine tool.Due to the low damping of cast iron material,the cast iron bed will have a large vibration in the machining condition.In this paper,based on the original CNC horizontal bed of cast iron material,design the bed of artificial marble material with the same appearance,and only optimize the internal structure of the bed.According to the actual working load of the bed,the load is add to each part of the bed,and the static analysis,modal analysis and harmonious response analysis are carried out in combination with finite element simulation.By comparing the simulation results of dynamic and static characteristics of artificial marble bed and cast iron bed,verify the feasibility of using artificial marble bed and its superiority over cast iron bed.
